I don't know if I'm in work or not tomorrow, if I am I'll post them when I'm on my lunch.

Hi just browsing through the 02 website. I can't seem to find any 12 months contracts.
Have 02 scrapped the idea of a 12 month contract. After reading through this thread it seems a large % are coming from 12 month to 18 month. It seems 02 is now trying to push contracts back further and further. In 2 years time I wouldn't be surprised to see 36 month contracts.
So do 02 still offer 12 month contracts (considering I'm on one currently)?0 -
O2 haven't done 12m contract for ages now.
If you're happy to stay on the same tariff then you can upgrade in store but there will more than likely be a slight cost to the phone.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

Yes O2 do still offer them but you have to ask for them.
There are alsso only limited handsets available for a 12 month contract or as in my case when I asked for the BB 8900 on a 12 month deal they said it would cost me at least £50 per month!
So I went with an 18 month deal.
Orange still do 12 month deals and T Mobile do also.
Plus check out internet websites like affordable mobiles.co.uk0 -

You can keep your tariff if you upgrade online. Just click on "stay on current tariff" then pick a phone.
But again, you wont get the best deals or keep your discount (if you got any)0 -

Depends on if you want a phone or to keep your current tariff.
Otherwise, just get the 12 month Sim-only (Simplicity) tariff, more minutes and texts (compared to 1 month simplicity).

The N78 hasn't been replaced by the N96, it has been replaced with the N79. However I'm not sure if this is available on O2. You may also want to have a look at the N85 or it's replacement the N86.0 -
