Unlimited texts
1500 mins anytime any network mins

All for £26 a month, plus i get free phone insurance from elsewhere so not gotta fork out an extra fiver a month on that.
It only took one call and speaking to 2 people after i initially said i was going elsewhere for this n that deal that i gotta result i liked so i stuck with it!Debt which IS NOW GONE before 31.12.2011: CC - GONE!!! :j Loan: GONE!! :j

In short you have 7 days to take up the offer with a new phone, however if you send it back they won't negotiate until they receive the phone. So you'll have to renegotiate a new deal. The Iphone is currently out of stock according to O2 by the way.Hi,
Received my 5800 yesterday £25pm 600mins 100txts and web, I am not convinced about the handset if I return it within the 14 dys will I have to re negitiate a new contract or will they just change the handet. I was thinking about recon Iphone but i assume that would mean a change in contract ?
many Thanks

200 mins + 400 texts + unlimited calls to o2 phones, no handset, £150 credit to your account (ie 15 free months). New 18 month contract. £10/month.0 -

Couldn't get them under £20 a month. Went for 600 mins, 1000 Texts and the unlimited web bolt on @ £20. Could have got a Pixon or Renoir on the same deal but went with the 5800.0 -

Did you get it in store? If you did your stuck, IF it was over net/phone, You might have 14 Days, Possibly 70

It was online . What would be my best tac just call up say I am not happy with the deal ? I know offers are valid for 7 days but I am under the impression that is if you have not accepted one ?0 -
My contract is up at the start of next month, so I'm going to be calling retentions soon.
My current contract was an 18month one, 200 anytime x-net minutes and 100txts for £12.50 a month and a free D900i which I negotiated with retentions the last time my renewal was up.
Obviously my current monthly bill and number of txts and minutes is a fair bit lower than what most other people in here seem to have/are going for, so I won't be able to get one of the newest top of the range phones.
I've been looking at the Samsung G800 and the LG KF750 Secret, am I likely to be able to get one of those phones at the same tarrif and cost as I am just now? Should I just come right out and tell them what I want, or should I aim higher with the model of phone at first, so they think they'll have to do more to keep me?
Cheers0 -
Can I ask if anyone has got an offer on a simplicity 12 month tariff, or even the monthly rolling tariff?
I really don't want an 18 monther, 12 max, but has anyone had a discount or offer from retentions?0
