  • Hi everybody,

I am on a £40 cash back deal (800 mins 100 texts) with O2/CPW, monthly spending about £70 (on premium text message for international calling) and my contract ends up in a few days.

What could be the best deal I can get for extending the contract now, is it advisible to stick with the CPW or should I look for somebody else?

What I am really interested in is at least 800 minutes for minimum cost no matter I get a good phone or not.

Any suggestion will be highly welcomed

    Best Regards,
    SI

i was woundering if anybody could help me out, i've been with 02 for years (probably about 6) and have had half price line rental of the £35 tarif . anyway about a month ago i wanted to upgrade my phone and so rang o2 to ask what was the best deal they could give and they told me because i was on such a good deal i was probably best just going and buying a phone and staying on the tariff i was on. still wanting a new phone i went into an o2 shop to ask the same thing, there they again told me they couldn't match what i was on but got my account details on screen where he said there was no date in which my half price line rental would end and also said i would be best sticking with the same tariff.

last week i treated myself to a new phone.

today i recieved my bill which was over £30 more expensive then normal, thinking it was a simple mistake i rang o2 expecting it to be corrected. there response was that my contract had ended in june and that the system has just caught up with it's self.

where do i stand when i asked about upgrading early november o2 told me not to bother! now i don't no what to do
    today when i recieved my

I've just been offered a Nokia 6600 slide (or £150 credit) with:

    600 any net minutes
    1000 texts
    free 02 to 02 calls
    18 month contract

    £15 a month

I was on Simplicity at £15.

Good deal I think and happy with it.

Now just waiting for an iphone offer for my other contract!

    Hello

I have been with 02 for about 4 years on pay as you go - do you think that they would offer me the same deal?
    Thank you for any help

I have not been able to get this deal out of O2. My £35pm contact ends soon. All advice welcome as its does not seem to be based on a current tariff.
Please confirm it is not a CPW O2 deal

This has taken some working out but I finally got near enough for me.
6300 refurb over 18 months on Online 30 being 400 min talk and 1000 text
£30 pm less the £15 loyalty
Swap the pnone for a £150 credit on the statement
    Average price £6.67 pm
    Job done
  • Its direct from 02.

I called o2 up and selected the 'thinking of leaving 02' option.

I spoke to a lass there and told her I wanted a pac code because I now needed a phone, I've seen some good deals on T-Mobile etc. and was looking to move to them.

Thats when she offered that deal, I didnt have to ask for anything other than the model of the phone I was after.

I was on £15 simplicity for the previous 12 months and never went over the £15 a month. Previous to that I was on a 18 month 02 rentention deal at only £9 per month! So I'm not exactly a big spender...

    Good luck
