Had to work this one out myself last night! All your contacts need to be on your SIM andthen you can upload them from there. Simple when you know, but no instruction in the booklet to do it! Go to Settings, and then Mail, Contacts, Calender... Import SIM contacts is in there.

    LOVE IT :D

  • Hi,
Can someone in the know advise what the CPW O2 retentions can offer compared to O2 retentions - looking for either Iphone or totally free deal simfree.
    Thanks :money:

Essentially they are two completely seperate operators, so will offer completely different deals. Who are you with at the moment? That will determine the deal on offer, as a valued customer will be more willingly looked after than a serial network hopper ;)

Been with O2 CPwarehouse for last 2 years with 2 contracts due to run out. Be more than happy to have SIM only deal totally free as I have done for last year to keep outgoings down - but if I can get an Iphone at a good deal......:T

Back up all your contacts to ZYB and then download them to your new phone.
  • I just renewed my contract with O2 (CPH). I was previously on a £35 per month (12 month contract) 400min, 500 texts, Free Sony Ericsson k800i

    Here's the deal I got.

£35 per month (18 month contract), 600mins, 1000 texts, Unlimited data, Free Sony Ericsson C905, £150 cashback (£50 each on 6th, 12th, 18th month). Overall £26.66 per month, with the hassle of getting cashback.

 A couple of things come to mind, which I should have brought up while speaking to the O2 (CPH) retentions operator before agreeing to the deal.

1/ I should have asked for lower tariff with less minutes as I never use more than 300min per month.

2/ I should have included the £40 cashback from topcashback.co.uk on top of the £140 from mobiles.co.uk in the deal I told the retentions teams I had found.

3/ I should have asked for free itemised billing

    I hope this helps.
