Yes, I'm now getting the same error message.
@alanjones60 I was getting 1.42GB left when it was working earlier, weird to say the least.

To clarify what I meant above, I'm speculating whether the balance calculation date has been reset to the turn of the month. That would fit what it said about my data

Thus if someone thinks they made a call that hasn't been deducted, was it in last few days of March?

Anyway, after the same error message yesterday as folks above, I just tried info ukrwg0 again and got a good response, still with the mysterious extra data

An update. I've been told by CS that the strange amounts of data being reported on info ukrwg1 and others, is being looked at. The *669# service isn't yet working but is being dealt with.

Also, the RWG website is going to be updated in a couple of weeks with new things etc. and there's also going to be an RWG App introduced.

So we await with baited breath :D

I just tried to register my RWG mobile number on the NOW mobile APP but didn’t get the verification codes through. When I contacted the NOW chat service I got this response

The RWG website is expected to be launched in the next 2-3 weeks, so please do not register your SIM Card with Now mobile

2 Sims, ukrwg0 data is correct, ukrwg1 has wrong data.
