Yes i noticed that this morning. However I have a dual sim phone and as it happens have 2 rwg sims in it currently. WiFi calling is only on my sim 2 card which isnt my main number.

Also outside it says Vo)) and underneath LTE2 in the status bar.

    Edited to add:

Was just going to say Sim 1, my main number was a ported in number originally. Sim 2 is the original rwg/now number. If that was to make any difference.

Anyway, just switched the phone off and back on and now have wifi calling on both sims.

Thank you RWG/NOW, much appreciated if you read this. I was thinking of porting my main number away. I will now stick with you to see how things go, but please look into why calls are going straight to voicemail. Phone not ringing. This is happening quite alot and yet my phone shows I have signal.

There was someone on here the other week that commented on the voicemail issue as well. I think I saw in an update they had since ported over to another company.

I also have had for a few weeks now, when I dialled to check the voicemail message it cut me straight off. So I couldn't retrieve it. Also happened on a couple of calls i was trying to make. Considering I am a very low user if those few calls I do make I can't ring out, then theres no point being on that network. I guess you do get what you pay for.

Fingers crossed with todays upgrade my issues improve.

Thanks for the tip about restarting the phone.

On my Samsung A55, I saw that I had 5G NSA and VOLTE for the first time with RWG. But after the restart, Wi-Fi calling also was there and working.

Calls are connecting quicker, and are not switching to 2G, so let's hope the problem of calls not connecting/going to voicemail is over.

Same here on my RWG SIM. Instant ring from called phone and VoLTE and VoWiFi working.

Now Mobile are redesigning their website at present so not sure if these things are linked.

A couple of observations so far.

Ironically, given the problems of the past, calls are not going to voicemail when the phone is switched off or busy. I checked the call forwarding settings and it showed "not set" where the number previously was. However tapping on each category did show the number, and I just had to tap enable to get it working again. Having said that, I no longer receive a text message to tell me that I have a voicemail.

Also, at the time of writing this, the check bundle time and get balance facilities are not working.

I've got VoLTE1, but I'm guessing that is due to having my RWG sim in slot 1 of a dual sim phone. I did notice that sim drop signal completely late last night/early morning and the VoLTE1 was there when I woke up.

Im the same, when you text info, no reply.

I hope my free bundle remains, but if not £2 a month is ok.

I think RWG only exsists by name only..

But being as we have full EE bands,il stick with them for £2 a month
