Wifi calling on RWG/NOW

I've been meaning to do an update on the new thread, but life has been somewhat hectic the last few days. This would be one of the things I'd mention. Do login to your account and have a look at History to see if it shows anything, mine didn't!
The only place showing usage for me is My Subscriptions, in your Plan, you need to click on the 3 vertical dots then click View Details to see overall usage.

I'll try and update the other thread later this evening.

Oh thanks ive not seen the history section, seen subscriptions. I'll have a look see if that gives any clues.

Just logged in. I had seen the history section but mine was all blank, for calls and text. Data history the other week was incorrect.

Having just checked each section in the history bit now, and knowing I've made calls, texts and used data in the last few days, all the various sections are showing no history available. Changin the a date ranges doesnt show anything even on data now.

RWG, probably the most useless site you could come across.

I couldn't login under my original email and password because I never received an email code, only a text code.

Took @alanjones60 advice and created a new account with a different email address and this did the trick.

Today I tried to login and got "account not recognised".

There is too much that doesn't work on their "new" website.
It's a bit pointless having a website and trying to do things online, when at every turn you have to phone CS to get anywhere.
My bundle is due to end in August.
If it does, Il'll be going somewhere more reliable for my backup SIM.

My free 50/50/250 allowance reset for the month at some point today.

The txt said "You have 50 minutes, 50 texts, 0.40 GB of your RWG UK FREE £5 bundle remaining."

In April, it also said 0.40 GB remaining, instead of 0.25. however I was still charged for everything over 0.25, so take care if your balance shows higher than the bundle allowance.

Strange thing is, in May it did correctly show the allowance as 0.25 GB 🤔
