No sign of it here, nearest is "Data Torrent Flex" giving 200GB for £18pm (which appears to be data only too).

As you've got one of the free bundles it could be an attempt to "encourage" you off it?

On website it says its expiring jan 2027,but also says i can toggle auto renew,so il toggle auto renew in jan and see what happens.

More than likely they will move me to the £2 a month bundle, which is the same as my free allowance now

I just tried updating my payment method again, this time using a different card. It failed in the same way as before, so it looks like something is broken to me.

There's a link to customer support at the bottom of the page, but it leads to a 404 not found.

UPDATE: I tried turning off uBlock Origin Lite, and trying again. It looked as though it had failed again with a never ending spinning circle, but when I came back 10 minutes later it had worked!

Has anyone successfully been able to add 2 active sims to their new RWG online account? When I try and add the second sim it sends an OTP which is 123456 but when I enter it, it says it is invalid

Has anyone elses balance used credit from there free deal when it shouldn't have. I checked my balance on the 28th May. £2.4 balance. I've just checked it today is down to £1.93.

I'm on the 50/50/250 deal.

Not made any outgoing calls since I checked the balance, only 2 texts sent in whole of May. Data used in May was 221mb. So under the usage, yet 47p has gone from the balance.

That post would have been more appropriate on the new thread because of all the changes that have gone with it. And the answer is yes, I have, so I phoned CS and got the credit back - incorrectly charged for a call in my case.

Thanks. Nobody had commented on missing credit to my knowledge so I thought it was me having a senior moment. That's why I didn't add it to the other thread. Figured it would come to me and must be me forgetting something.

I cant work out were its gone. Other than data. But amount gone doesn't match up with what I used.

I will check the bal for my other sim now. I did try to did check yesterday on my account on there website but I still cant add the 2nd sim on. I will do a text balance instead.

If that 2nd sim has mysteriously used credit too, then a call to CS will be in order.
