Text still shows balance but logging into Now mobile doesn't.

Mine is the same.
Hope you can text for a bundle still. I need a 5gb add on for a month for my holiday in 2 weeks

For a small time user is this now cheaper than 1p Mobile ? I stuck with 1p Mobile because of EE with Wifi Calling. But they keep upping their mandatory prices.

RWG is cheaper,as you dont need to top up every 120 days, but call rates are higher, 5p min 5p text 1p mb.
But you can buy a bundle,for £2 a month of 100 mins 100 texts and 750mb

1p Mobile is £10 every 60 days now, was every 120 days when I first joined, then every 90 days, now every 60 days.

- For customers who joined from 15 October 2025, the requirement is to spend/use at least £10 every 120-days.
- For customers who joined before 15 October 2025, the requirement is to spend/use at least £10 every 60-days.
so I guess you could port your number out, then back in as a new customer…..

How in the world are they allowed to stuff existing customers like that.

I found an alternate website
Different layout. I haven't checked whether all the SIM options are there, but most are, with a couple of slight price differences
I haven't tried logging in or registering. Mine seems to be a bit unrecognised on the usual site

Happy to announce that RWG Mobile has launched a new website, making life's journey easier with us.
It seems to be like the Now mobile website, that when you try to login, they say they need to send you an email code and also a text code but nothing happens.
They've been promising an app for ages but again nothing happens.

I just registered with RWG using the link above and it does show my RWG SIM with correct balance etc..
I didn't receive an SMS but I did receive an email with a code. The code was 123456 😯 So I input 123456 in both the required boxes and lo and behold I am in. Very secure 😁
Much of the other data is incorrect and some plans indicate "already subscribed" when they are not, so I guess they are still setting it up.
