Maybe iI've got to reregister.

Yes it does. It shows 1st December 2027 for mine.

Just tried to reregister, no luck, and also tried a different browser, no luck.

Same here, no email/SMS, 123456 works.
Balance seems right.
Does your Call History look OK? Mine has 112 pages of calls from 08-15/04/26, some 2,200 calls, none featuring inbound or outbound numbers I recognise.
This phone has been used maybe twice this year.

Are.you folks using that site version I found?
If so, I feel a bit responsible, and I hope it works out
I was a bit cautious when I saw it had lab in the URL Maybe I should have said

Good point, although it's naughty releasing an unfinished product with easy access (OTP bypass) that links to live accounts. Think it means that anyone with your RWG number can access your account, maybe order a replacement SIM…..yep, no check on address to dispatch replacement SIM to.
This is rather serious. Anyone have an RWG number registered with anywhere that holds their money?

@flaneurs_lobster
Yupp. Call history is full of gibberish and bears no relation to my use. Also, I would be unable to buy a plan from the 30 Day Plan page as it states the plan for the category is already subscribed.

Perhaps you should have pointed it out. How do we know if it's a finished product? I suspect not otherwise it would have already replaced the normal site! I certainly won't be trying to "register" on it until I see some official change and notification.
IF it does represent the finished version I find it very disappointing.
For example, the £2 Teaser "bundle" which you can currently get for £2 monthly -
https://www.rwgmobile.wales/webshop/pay-monthly/teaser-bundle-100-mins-100-sms-750mb-data-%C2%A32-month/
whereas on the "unfinished" site -
https://lab1.rwg.nowtel.com/plans/706 it looks as though it has to be "manually" renewed each month. Then there's this, including the "overage" call rate charges (that's a term I'm seeing increasing use of when referring to "out-of-bundle" charges mainly on VoIP sites) -
https://lab1.rwg.nowtel.com/rates/national
compared to what we currently have -I see a doubling of the rate to Landlines and a tripling of the rate to other (non-RWG) mobiles. Hmm.
I trust we'll get some formal notification when the "new site" formally appears and how and when any changes to current charges take plavce.

RWG have updated there website.
A few observations.
Has the call rate now gone up? I thought it was 5p per minute. It looks like it's now 10p a minute to call a landline.
Had to create a new password for the account.
But it wont let me look at the account info unless i give them up to date bank card details. A bit naughty.
I'm on the 50/50/250 plan. I'm not sure how I top up the payg bit. Previously I've just topped up with a fiver as and when. I don't want to do a 30 day add on or a 2 year. It indicates you can do a payg, maybe this can only be done once your logged in the account.
