@ScratchyCat As I commented in my post immediately before yours -

"I see a doubling of the rate to Landlines and a tripling of the rate to other (non-RWG) mobiles. Hmm."

Well I went to login, it then went to a Verification page expecting me to enter a 6 digit code a) sent to my email address and also b) one sent to my phone.
I got the one on the phone, but NO email received!!! The Resend code only sent one to the phone again (no email in the spam folder either!). It obviously recognises my account email address otherwise it wouldn't have got the phone number 🙄

I'd not had email from RWG since the end of January 2025 until I ordered another SIM in Feb 26 when it sent a confirmation, then eventually I got a response in April to a problem I'd raised
They'll certainly get one from me as well as a phone call complaining about their system needing fixing!

Interesting to note in their Ts&Cs About Us 1) RWG Mobile is operated by Nowtel Distribution Limited
    Registered Company details, as previously.

Just to add, I can't at present see any mention of an App. The 'Why RWG' page says about account management -
"Managing your RWG Mobile account is designed to be completely hassle-free. You can easily check your remaining data, view your credit balance, or purchase a new top-up by logging into your secure online account on our website."

Hassle free, messing about with a browser on a Mobile Phone is not what I call hassle free 🙄

I have now managed to log in to the new RWG site. It turns out it didnt recognize my e mail address ,so re registerd with my other e mail address, and working.

Seen a big data option on payg for unlimited texts and calls and 200GB for £5 a month.

    Surely this is a typo?

Im tempted to try it, but il never use it,my 100 100 750mb free bundle is enough for me,except for holidays when away from home

I managed to login but tried adding my 2nd sim to the account. It doesn't accept it.

I cant see where the big data option is listed.

Main page only shows 30 day, a year or 2 year options.

Well verification worked OK, but it then asks me to update my card details, and then attempts to verify them with a payment of £0.00. At the end of the card verification phase, I'm left with an endlessly spinning circle. If I quit and try to log in again I'm asked to update my payment method, so I'm stuck in an infinite loop.

I guess I could try a different card, but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle!

I had to give my card details. I have credit. My card could have expired though. Mine went through fine. I just object to having to give the details in the first place to see my account.

I retried to add my 2nd sim this morning still wouldn't work. Had what seems like a generic text code sent again on that number. Wouldn't accept.
