You can still get your balance and top up by dialing 669 but it doesn't confirm remaining data/mins/txt.

Yes texting for the remaining minutes also not working for me either.

Just been on the new NOW website,and the system recognizes my RWG number now, it did not before.

Its easy to understand,and it has a dashboard for remaining mins, etc, but it does not work at the moment, but you can do everything on website now.

No texts to send for buying bundles,but it does not say iv got my free bundle, looks like il be paying £2.50 a month now.

@alanjones60 Same here. I've noted my balance and just made a call for a few minutes. Will check it later to see if balance reduced. If not, it might be they are still honouring the original RWG terms. I imagine that would end if you purchased one of their plans.

Iv done that, balance did not reduce..

My renewal date is the 26th,will see what happens then with my balance

Still have free bundle but texting for balance not working. The same thing happened last July and lasted for a couple of weeks until restored.

RWG have updated there site to say volte and wifi calling now enabled for new and existing customers.

I still cant text to check for my remaining free mins and text balance.

Someone asked on X about it. They said it should work.

Im waiting to see if my free bundle renews on the 26th
