They are apparently aware of the fact that bundle codes (such as info ukrwg1) and *669# aren't working and are looking into fixing the problem.

I bought my first RWG SIM with the free 50/50/250 bundle on 9th August 2022 and the expiry date on the Now website says 1st August 2027.
The graphic showing the remaining balance doesn't seem to be working properly and texts aren't shown.

The remaining texts are shown in the mobile app. Must be a programming error with the computer web site.

They're getting very aggressive with disabling "unused" numbers.

I haven't been getting the balance by text for over two weeks now.
When I was getting it, despite sending numerous text messages, the balance always stayed at 50.
It's been like that for months.
When I login to Now, it shows the balance of the data and calls but the text stays at 50.

My remaining minutes, texts and data were always shown accurately when the "check bundle time" service was working.
If your text messages were sent in the RCS format, they won't be deducted from your remaining texts. That's because they use either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Only messages sent via SMS should affect the remaining texts value.
Both RCS and SMS messages integrate seamlessly in Google Messages. I'm fairly certain Apple's messaging app does both types as well.

Don't know why they're cutting off on 1st August 2027 for a 9th August 2022 purchase, the bundle will refresh on the 9th July 2027 so should run to 8th August. They're as bad as DVLA working in whole calendar months.
I made a call today and wasn't charged from credit so my bundle is still working, although I'll have to guess how many minutes I have left until they fix the texts. With that said, if jumping ship in 2027 might be necessary then going over would only run down the credit that I wouldn't want to port out without using up anyway.

May I ask, are people setting up to log in on the Now mobile website because of any message from the network, or just because they heard on here or elsewhere that other people were?
I've had mine about four and a half years. Sometimes texting for balance would work, sometimes not. Sending text messages doesn't work for several weeks now, but receives ok. Calls ok. Can't log in; message across screen says no account for this email address. There used to be one, but my email history shows they stopped sending me emails in 2024.
The effect of all that is I wonder if they've lost track of me and my SIM. And I wonder whether talking to them about it will make anything better or worse (such as being cut off or not)

The latter, just went to their website and created a new account (didn't try and use any RWG account details).
