Wifi calling on RWG/NOW

I'm on the 50/50/250 free bundle. It's showing on the Now website as expiring on 19 Oct 2026, which is exactly five years to the day since I activated the SIM (according to the same website).

I have been trying to create an account with Now.
Filled in the details but when I tried to verify, the code comes through by email ok but the text never arrives.

Did you drop the 0 and put 44 at the begining of your number,iv noticed my number begins with 44 instead of the 0 on the now website, perhaps you could try that?

Thanks.
Just tried that now but still no text.
Having said that, I've not been able to get a balance by text for a week, so maybe it's something to do with that.
I'll try ringing them tomorrow.
It looks like they're cutting everyone off the free bundle on the fifth anniversary.
Good while it lasted.

That's just worked for one of mine. Many thanks!

Update, phoned them today to get a text code to log in and the expiry date on my free bundle is 7th August 2026.

I have the package of 750GB, 100 minutes and 100 texts bought for a one-off payment several years ago, which I have been using as a secondary SIM for when there are issues with my normal network (Three). Other than the absence of wifi calling until recently, I have had no problems.
I managed to set up an account on the Now website, but couldn't initially log in to the Now app. However, after leaving it a couple of days, I now find I can log into the Now app, where the expiry date is shown as 1 July 2027. So I am hoping I can continue to use it as a free secondary SIM for at least another year, and now with the benefit of wifi calling.

My free bundle expires Dec 1st 2029 only because In Dec 2024 sim stopped working after two years so they sent replacement 👍

As others have noted "info ukrwg1" (and maybe others) not working, nor *669#. Last worked for me on March 16th before they implemented VoIP and VoWiFi it seems going by posts here. Dialing 669 works. I can ring my voicemail but not certain it's working for incoming yet, it was several weeks ago.
Edit: Voicemail works, just tested.
