Well done staying the same Milann, what an incentive! There you go , you will crack it now 😁

    Food,

    Lunch was part fibre,

Tea was free as LM knock off sausages , those beans were the real cheap ones from Lidl 28p or 29p as didn't have the blue tin we usually have and they were great!

L - JP 🤞🏻will also take an apple with me

    D - SW beef stroganoff with rice and brocolli - 1, S

Quiet on here today, hope everyone has been out enjoying the glorious sunshine. 😎

You did very well to STS after visitors and a break in the MH @milann .👍 A posh wedding is a brilliant motivation to stick to plan. You can do it!!

Did you decide on the car @Coxy11 and did you get your JP? 🤔😁 Personally I like driving a big car. We had a Fiat 500 courtesy car a while back and I know how Noddy must have felt. 🤣

We've been out for a walk today and coffee in the sun afterwards. That's 2 walks and 2 dance classes this week so plenty of Body Magic. 👍

I got a line of washing out today in place of @joedenise

    Morning all,

    Loving the food photos mmmm

Well we put a deposit down on a car yesterday. Drove 2 - first one (larger) was lovely if a little bigger than I’m used to. Second one was more compact and hybrid - really uncomfortable drive but reg plate was DH’s initials so could have had a personalised plate for free!! We went with the first one. It’s an MG - lots of features and a 7 year warranty - for a good price relatively speaking. If our house was finished we’d probably have gone for a ‘badge’ but this will be fine for us for the next couple of years. We pick it up on 17th.

We had breakfast at home and went to Co$ta for coffee whilst the cars were prepared for us. Lunch was at 3.30pm at Spoons and yes, I got my JP! No dinner for me as I was at yoga and was still full from my late lunch. Only DH and DD ate last night and had leftovers.

    Food today:

B - satsuma, banana, SW protein pancake, 0% Greek yoghurt - S, free, HEB

L - picky plate - crab sticks, apple, cherry toms, blueberries - free, S

    D - beef stroganoff, rice, green beans - 1, free, S

    HEA - milk

SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5 plus 1 = 4.5 we also may go to the pub later so possibly 3 for a rum.
