Morning all,
Look after yourself @Longwalker as Coxy says it will take time to adjust x
Well done to all the losers and maintainers 👏
Surprise, surprise I have sunshine! Still really cold though, can’t have everything lol. DS helped me strip the beds and will hang it out, albeit under supervision, otherwise my OCD will kick in 🤣 (always looks like he’s thrown things at the line from a distance!).
I’m planning to have bacon medallions, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast (fibre choice) for brunch and chilli salmon, new potatoes, roasted broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes for dinner.
Have a good Sunday everyone.

Good to hear from you @Longwalker .Take care of yourself. 🤗
Well done on yesterday's losses. As ever, your result doesn't make much sense @bubbs and I'm sure you expected a bit of a gain after your social week @Jellybaby .
I did a load of batch cooking yesterday.
I'm not expecting much this week as I'm eating out a couple of times and having a few treats at home too as it's my birthday on Thursday.
Stayed more or less on plan yesterday but did have a few Indian snacks with curry last night.
Today's plan -
B HEB toast, fry up (P, F), HEA milk
L-JP with chilli and salad (P, S, F)
D- pork casserole with rice (P, S, F)
Swips - weekend wine, cornflour 1
0 -
Afternoon all 😁
LW look after yourself and take all the time you need 🥰
Maman no it does not make sense! She said it's not like you upped your fluid you just switched it 🤷♀️
Dry day here i have some bedding on the line, even if it comes in damp as it's a brushed cotton duvet set so takes ages to dry, but i will put on the airer, these so bloomin heavy!
Surprised i didn't knock myself out putting the washing in! Because the machine is outside it's in a keter storage box thingy with td next door to it, the bloody lid wasn't clicked it place and it whacked me on the head, surprised the world didn't hear me swearing 🤣🤣 I have a nice lump on the back of my head!
My BIL has his 2nd scan on his tumour tomorrow so fingers crossed, was speaking with him earlier and it's 4.5 cm big so quite big 😢
I had breakfast in a roll today, LM sausages x 2, mushroom and egg , bloomin lovely it was as it was one of them big ones from Aldi, with watermelon on the side.
Tea, Roast pork, carrots and parsnips, cauli cheese 3 sv, yorkies 15g flour part of fibre choice, mashed swede

Another good walk for me today, the limp is so much better, then a visit to Dad and stepdaughters. Lateish home and wanted a bath and hairwash so lunch was just fruit. We are off to France 2 weeks today and I was hoping to have lost 1st before we went, 2.5lb to go so doable, I'll need to try hard not to put most of it back on when we're there though!!
B - wholemeal toast, 3 eggs scrambled HE fibreL - fruit
D - cod, pesto, peas, lots of roasted butternut squash and carrots with peppers and onions on HE fat and 2 swips
inbetweens - milk HE calcium
