I use those Aldi wholemeal baps for most of my HE fibre @bubbs they're really filling and good value too. I had one this morning, split and toasted with 2 eggs on top. 😋

Hope you're head isn't too sore today and 🤞for your BIL.

SW has ideas for holidays and other events @Glad but personally I'd just enjoy yourself, make wise choices when you can and then be sure to get back on plan as soon as you get back home.

I'm trying to wean DH off his sugary muesli for breakfast. Would someone tell me which mueslis are a HE fibre choice? I think Dorset cereal is is one but that's expensive and would like to know any supermarket own brands. 🤔

    Today's plan -

B HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk

    L- JP (F), chicken curry (P, S), salad (S)

D cod (P), SW chips, mushy peas (F), green stuff, mushrooms (S)

    Swips - 0

Hi everyone. I’m back from my hols and delighted to report a 0.6kg gain - I’m calling it 1.5lbs - I have dodged a bullet and am hoping it won’t comeback to bite me next Monday. We ate and drank far too much to justify such a small gain, I thought it would be 3-4lbs.

Anyhow, back to it now and I’ve had my usual yogurt and berries for breakfast, I’m having a chicken/new potato salad for lunch and tea will be a hoisin chicken pasta bake (I got a cooked chicken in my shopping to make easy meals) which will have hex cheese on and 5 swips for hoisin sauce. It has spring onions in it and will serve with plenty of the chopped salad I made up for lunches this week

Sorry to hear the sad news and delighted to hear the good news and the losses - well done everyone.

I’ll be back for a detailed read once I’m home from work.

Had a new chair yoga class today. There were full length mirrors. Horrified. I also saw a picture of myself on new car day which horrified me too. So back to class tonight.
this is not helped by the fact I can’t stand up straight.
I understand there are much worse things going on in the world but this is important to me and has had such bad effect on how I feel about myself.
So back to group tonight. I know it will be hard & there is lots going on behind the scenes too.
