Scone looks lush @beanielou but looks like you had it in an ice rink or a dance studio?? 🤔

What a difference in a couple of days. It's been cold, wet and miserable here. It was 8.5 degrees when I went out this afternoon but 14 degrees when I went out on Tuesday night.. ☹️

Called into Company Shop today @bubbs and was very disappointing. Great if I'd wanted to stock up on crisps but not much SW friendly. I only bought some Yeo Valley fat free creme fraiche to make (relatively) low swip dauphinoise potatoes, some M&S Indian snacks for a treat when we have curry and pleased to get some of those hard boiled eggs. 👍

Glad to hear you got the car sorted @Coxy11 and you got your JP. Result!! 😁

    Today's plan -

B HEB toast, eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HEA milk

L- cold chicken (P), LO veg and pickles (F, S)

D Fake KFC (P). SW chips (F), stir fried veg (S)

    Swips - weekend wine 😊

Maman, been freezing here today but is did say rain and we haven't had any really, little drizzle shower but that was all .

No chicken or anything in company shop? funnily enough were hardly any crisps Tuesday when we went.

    Morning all!

A bit cloudy here today. I am planning to do the food shop today as it’s not Mum week. Will go to Sainsbobs. We are at the theatre tonight and will eat at Bills - from memory they do a grains Buddha bowl, so I’ll probably have that.

    Food today:

B - poached egg, AF bacon, AF tomato, toasted protein bagel thin - P, S, HEB

    L - JP, tuna, mayo, salad, pickles - P, S, 3

    D - Bills…

    HEA - milk

    SWIPs - at least 3

Enjoy the theatre later @Coxy11 and happy new car!

As well as not having a great SW week, I also managed to fall off a step ladder. Thankfully only a few bruises and a bit sore all over. Think my heart got a good workout though as I got such a fright!

Got the expected gain at WI - two pounds. So line drawn again (I’d be rich if I got paid every time I said that 🙈) and it’s back to basics with a food diary.

DS2 took me out to lunch and I had rigatoni in a spicy sausage and tomato sauce with Parmesan. I’m guesstimating 8? and a healthy calcium choice. Still quite full so might just snack on cold meat, fruit etc if I get peckish later.

    Evening all

Was so sorry to read of LW’s loss, I watched my Sister pass (3 years in April). I know it’s a relief when they are out of pain but still devastating all the same. Sending my love to LW ❤️

Hubby had a medical crisis last Sunday due to chronic Anemia. Had to have urgent infusion but still feeling awful. He has to have bloods every 2 weeks to see if the infusion is building iron reserves. Seems his body uses the iron as soon as he has it 🥺. Still no straight answers from the consultant either. If the iron boosts don’t improve his anemia then 🤷🏼‍♀️

On a brighter note I had a small loss this week 🤗

Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Evening all 😁

Oh gosh Jelly, glad you are ok , Shame about the gain.

I maintained which i wasn't happy about but should be as still bang on target.

TIE, my friend (who i met on MSE) but we meet regular, she had to have an iron infusion January and she said she felt worse than before she had it and she has been really rough for 18 mths. She had a check up last week and although her iron is still really low, they said it takes 6mths to build back up, but her hair is not falling out as much 👏👏(i was trying to remember what it was before , she had to wait 18 mths for her infusion and her levels were about 1/4 of what they were supposed to be.)

Hope your dh soon feels a bit better

    Banana at group

    lunch free

    tea fibre and 1/5 calcium

Mum is buried, on Thursday which was a day of lashing rain and gale force wind, Im sure she ordered it :)

Its been a bit full on, so many people wanting my time and words and I have found that really difficult to cope with

Had to broadcast to wee sister in Oz via messenger and the minister was excellent in bringing the family into the ceremony. It wasnt religious as such, it did what had to be done, but the rest of the service was all family and friends

Seeing as I spent the past week eating chocolate and swallowing packets of biscuits, Ive managed to get below top pf target

I went to WI today as part of getting back into a routine. Back at work Monday and fingers crossed back on track

Life is going to be a lot different now, right now Im not ready to make any decisions. Im just waking up and getting through the day - and wanting to sleep

So I and still reading along, but right now the effort of posting is beyond me so please bare with, Ill get there xxxx
