Morning!
Well done on your loss @Suffolksue hope you hear about physio soon 🤞🏻
Annoying about the gain @joedenise but you have a plan for the holiday - plus it’s only a week so hopefully not too much damage!
I am working today and have sorted a packed lunch. This means I will probably be sent home at 1pm!!
Food today:
B - spinach omelette, satsuma - P, S
L - WM ham roll, banana, apple - HEB, P, free, S
D - chicken and chorizo pasta - P, free, S, syns for single cream and chorizo - am counting 9.5 SWIPs
HEA - milk
SWIPs - 9.5 plus skinny bar 3.5 so 13 total

Morning all,
Well done on the loss @Suffolksue
Forget the gain @joedenise you know how to get it off again. Have a smashing time away.
Haven’t had a chance to post but trying to read along when I can. This week is definitely not my usual SW week 🙈 but as Beanie says I will keep plodding.
I’ve had my usual 50g of bran flakes, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, out for lunch and hoping baked potatoes or salads are on the menu! Dinner is my favourite meatballs and spaghetti.

That’s good.

Well done on your loss @Suffolksue. 👍🏻Hopefully you'll get a physio appointment soon but losing weight has to help too. I remember when I first lost the weight, I literally felt lighter on my feet.
I think getting on top of the planning when you're out has to be the way forward for you @Glad. It sounds like you're having a similar problem to @Coxy11 in that you can't guarantee your lunch breaks at work. Well done though for hanging on until you got home. I think @bubbs was right that you didn't have much food yesterday so make up for it on days when you're not working.
Shame about the 'hidden' JP menu in M&S @Coxy11 but onwards and upwards.
We all have weeks when eating out can put paid to our plans @Jellybaby . I seem to have far too many lately but you do have spare syns from the lack of alcohol.😇 Enjoy your meatballs.😋
Shame about the pound slipping back on again @joedenise . That's a good plan for your holiday, if you can avoid too much white bread as well you should be able to keep the gain lowish. 🫰🏻
Since my meal out last Friday I've been 100% on plan but I'm still feeling quite fat.☹️The excess is in the usual places, tummy and thighs.☹️ But I won't give up, I'll just join the plodders! 🤣
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA for drinks, scrambled eggs, ham (P),
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad and pickles (S)
D- chicken curry and rice (P,S,F)
Swips- 00 -
Fortunately @maman I really don't like white bread so won't be a problem avoiding that! I suspect there will quite a few oil swips though in things like tagine and couscous which are both things that I really like.

We were forecast sun but it's still really misty, almost foggy! Been like it all day. I can only just see the roof of the house behind ours!

Ditto @joedenise although DH said it was sunny at work in Maidstone!
I really enjoyed my lunch at work and only had a coffee when I got in. Progress!!

Strangely @joedenise ,I rarely if ever eat white bread at home but in France or Turkey it's different somehow. Not white sliced of course. 🤣
Well done on cracking the workday lunch @Coxy11 .
Can't beat comfort food like that , I could eat that dinner @bubbs

Sorry I’ve been awol again. We had Dd and family here at half term then we went to York in Millie Motorhome for a few days. We came home early for a neighbour’s funeral. And I don’t seem to have stopped since. I haven’t read the pages I’ve missed so hopefully everyone is doing ok 🤞👍
I have stayed the same weight wise …..I haven’t particularly been counting but have been aware what has entered my mouth. If I’ve had a high syn meal I’ve counterbalanced with a low syn one.
I’ve been asked to accompany my friend to a posh wedding as her +1 in June….its her first proper invitation since losing her Dh a year ago and she’s dragging me along as moral support. I have several dresses I could wear if only I could fit into them……got my incentive 😄🤞January spends - £587.580
