Only just seen this as laptop turned off early last night. Condolences to you and your family @Longwalker. Huge hugs to you, look after yourself. Put SW on the back burner and get back to it when you feel up to it.

we didn’t have the other half of the frittata for lunch yesterday as OH had a bit of a tummy! So having it for breakfast this morning with baked beans

Lunch will then probably be fruit and yoghurt. Back to French lessons today and we’ll treat ourselves to tea at spoons after 😊

@Longwalker condolences to you and your family, try to give yourself some t&c in whatever form is good for you when all the urgent matters are dealt with.

Not posted for ages and only very half-heartedly doing SW, head just not been in the right zone, but Spring is showing lots of new life and the days are much longer, hoping I can say good rid to SAD and get going, have done some short spells in the garden which is wrecked after high winds, never ending rain and waterlogging.

I have dropped by to read regularly, hoping some of your good habits will wear off onto me. x

Morning all, it's a lovely bright, blowy day so final load of washing done, apart from the bedding which I'll do tomorrow, and out on the line. Don't think it'll take too long to dry with the wind!

Good to see you've got the ice cream maker on the go again @bubbs; bet you really enjoyed that!

It's very much using stuff up these last few days before holiday. Think they'll be quite a long list of stuff to buy when we get back!

    So today's plan:

    B - weetabix, milk - Calcium, Fibre
    L - jacket potato, beans, pickles - S; F
D - sweet and sour pork, rice - P; S; F (using up LO roast pork)

    Calcium x 2 - milk
    Fibre - weetabix
    Swips - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.

PS. typed this up earlier and just come back on and seen I'd forgotten to post!

    Afternoon all 😁

Beautiful spring day here, even got the windows open, lovely fresh air!

Denise, yes i did enjoy it, i am just sitting here thinking what i am going to have tonight 🤣

I am trying to drink more water this week, don't know if i said this already 🤣 so far so good, i was drinking far to much pepsi max, it really is not good for you although free, but i always think well i don't drink alcohol so it's ok, so now i have 1 pepsi, 1 litre of water might lose more this week too, who knows?

I have got chicken and salad for tea.

Just had a free picky plate

    Hi all,

Just back from work - and have just eaten lunch of HM BNS soup and a small whole meal roll. Took an apple and some almonds with me but wasn’t sure when I’d finish. Think I need to plan to be there until 3 to not get hungry.

Weighed in this morning with a 1.5lb loss which makes up for the 1lb gain last week and (hopefully) back on track with my usual 0.5lb/week journey 🤞🏻

    Food today:

B - toasted protein bagel thin, poached egg, satsuma - HEB, P, S

    L - Apple, 20 almonds, HM BNS soup, 50g WM roll - S, 13(!)

    D - tuna pasta bake - free, HEA, S

    HEA - milk

Syns - guessing the roll at 6 (Iceland rolls) and think it’s 7 for the almonds if not using as HEB. Must do better and PLAN!

Good to see you @maddiemay we spent Saturday in our garden and it felt so good x

I’ve virtually quit Pepsi Max now @bubbs but did have one on Saturday night. I could do with upping my water too. Glad you’re now home and settled x

    Coxy , well done 👏👏👏

I can't just stop pepsi max as i have a headache from hell and can't function 😢

In the summer i drink litres of water, it's just now i don't

Almonds 2g is 7.5 or 20 hex, can't you count your WM real as a fibre? milk, 1 choice, bagel 1 choice, roll 1 choice ot the almonds as 1 choice which ever .

Was lovely to sleep in our bed last night, i said to dh i'll sleep till lunchtime 🤣 he goes no way and he was right i was awake at 7 🙄
