I don't know the official SW answer @bubbs but I'd say no extra swips for the pineapple.
I think the reasoning behind things like stewed apple is that fibre has been broken down so less calories needed to digest. With the pineapple you're just warming it up a bit so not really changing it. 🤔

Maman, i was thinking of trying yo make an upside down pudding with whats left and using fibre choice

Like @maman I wouldn't add extra Swips because your cooking rather than just warming the pineapple. Enjoy your upside down pudding if you decide to make it.
I didn't mind having mushrooms twice in one day @maman and I've still got more to use but not sure what I'm going to do with them! The mushroom stroganoff was lovely but think I prefer it with rice rather than pasta which is what I usually do but thought I'd try with pasta today.

Enjoy the upside down pudding @bubbs .I wouldn't worry about the pineapple as you're always low on swips anyway.
Depending on what you have planned for tomorrow @joedenise ,you could do garlic mushrooms as a side or IIRC someone used to have them on toast for lunch.

Morning all, a bright and breezing one this morning so taking advantage of the only dry day for a while and doing a machine load of washing. Will get it out on the line shortly as the machine has nearly finished.
Was up early this morning as woke up about 5 to go to the loo and then couldn't get back to sleep so gave up and got up about 5.30. It's going to be a long day!
I've ordered a new SC as think mine is on it's last legs - took 4 hours on high to cook leek and potato soup the other day - should have easily been cooked in half that time! Ordered one on offer from Asda but can't collect it until Saturday evening after 5pm so have opted for Sunday as don't really want to go out in the evening.
Will be using up the mushrooms at lunchtime @maman but if we'd been having something that garlic mushrooms would have gone with then that would have been a good shout, thank you.
Shame you didn't have time to make the pineapple upside down cake @bubbs but hopefully you'll manage to get it done today. Will you be making the sponge with WM flour as a Fibre option or Swiping white?
Today's plan:
B - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - Fibre; Calcium; S
L - minced beef hash - P; S; F
D - jerk chicken, rice 'n' peas — P; S; FFibre - bread
Calcium - cheese; milk
Swips - none plannedHave a good day everyone.

Hi all,
Had DDad here yesterday and cousin and his wife came for dinner. I did diet cola gammon in the SC and finished it off in the oven. Did mash, cabbage, leeks and cauli cheese and let everyone help themselves as there were 7 of us. They arrived with a bag - I thought "oh how nice, they've bought some wine" nope - it was their slippers!!!
Today has been a DDad-free day(!) but DH has had me helping with the internal wardrobe fittings. The planner said we could have 3 x 1m wide wardrobes each with two internal drawers, two hanging rails and a shelf - well it's not worked as there's not enough space unless you only wear crop tops…. So have several items to return and also no hanging rail fittings. Could not make it up.
Food today:
B - toasted protein bagel thin, 2 x tsp jam - fibre, 1
L - LO mash/cabbage/leeks with egg - sort of bubble & squeak - free
D - protein chicken skewers, cous cous, salad - 3, S
Calcium - 350ml skimmed milk
Fibre#2 - 2 hi fi bars
SWIPs - 4
It's weigh day tomorrow and I will need to purchase another CD - definitely gained this week I feel heavier :(

Oh dear @Coxy11 , this wasn't the day off you'd been promising yourself☹️. That's so irritating about the wardrobe space, hope you can sort it out to your satisfaction. Good luck for tomorrow.🤞🏼
Hope you're pleased with your new SC when it comes @joedenise . I replaced mine a few months ago but went with an identical crockpot to the old one. The old one was just scruffy and DH persuaded me. This one is all black and shiny and I'm trying to keep it that way.🤣
No Speed with my porridge this morning as we'd run out of berries. I've been buying fresh all summer but need to put a bag of frozen ones on my list for tomorrow. Plenty of Speed in other meals though so all OK across the day.
We're having another cheat roast dinner with meat slices from the freezer. Today it's chicken so I'll have use swips to make gravy from granules. When I had beef last week I had LO 'free' gravy from Hairy Bikers or beef in 'red wine' in the freezer but I don't know a chicken gravy recipe that's as low in swips.
Today's plan-
B- porridge, banana (fibre, F), milk (calcium)
L- Spanish omelette and pickles (P,S,F)
D- chicken (P), new potatoes (F, lots of veg (S)
Swips- gravy 4?0 -
There's a Swip free chicken gravy on the PON site @maman but think it'll probably a faff to make although if you can make a decent amount and freeze it then you might think it's worth it. Not something I'd bother with as it's only DH who has gravy so it's just granules!

Thanks @joedenise , I'll take a look but if it's one of those that takes an age reducing and faffing about I'll probably not bother.
Granules were a saviour when the kitchen was out of action but I like my HM gravy best but with the fat and flour I try to limit it to once a week maximum.
