    Thanks @joedenise .

How irritating that you couldn't finish the shorts. It's only a small job but it would have been nice to get it out of the way.

I've been using the M&S English mustard which I free. It doesn't save many swips but it's good to know I can have as much as I like.

English mustard is too hot for me - it always feels like it's coming down my nose! I think it's only the powder which is free not the ready made which is the same as any of the other mustards. My favourite is wholegrain.

it’s a beautiful day here. Just been for a long walk with the dog and come back to homemade veg soup. Just the job.

I’ve been really good this week (in case the weigh in last week was a fluke) - no wine, no crisps but I have had some curly wurly wiggles whilst out walking (thank you daughter)

Tea tonight will be halloumi, couscous and salad. Hubby is away until Wednesday so I’ve only myself to please for teas. Egg and Sw chips will be on the menu for sure one night. I’ve also got some orzo to use that he isn’t keen on so might use that for lunches.

I love English mustard and often stir a blob into cottage cheese - the trouble with not having access to the app is we have swips without knowing - I also thought it was a free food 😳

Right, I’m off to watch series 3 of Time (bbc iPlayer) and then it will be tea, strictly, bath and bed with my book - bliss.

    Catch you all tomorrow

I thought I remembered you saying that @bubbs .I know the M&S was one of them but IIRC there was a Dijon mustard too and as @joedenise said, DIY with mustard powder has always been free.

I love egg and chips, it's my go to when DH is out for dinner @Matron_Midge . Good luck for WI tomorrow. 🤞
