Hi everyone. Got back early hours of yesterday from a really lovely holiday. Did get nibbled by a few mozzies and I have a very swollen shin from one who must have been very hungry 😳

Back to work this morning and of course my Monday weigh in on the surgery scales. I was gobsmacked to see I’d lost 0.2kg over the time I’ve been away. I can hardly believe it and got on and off 3 times. Not sure how as I’ve indulged somewhat and got a very fat leg but…….. I’m taking it. Hope it doesn’t come back to bite me on the behind next week.

Back on plan from yesterday and I’ve had yog/fruit for breakfast, 5 grain crumpet from m&s (hope they are still a HE) with marmite and cottage cheese and for tea we’ve had a breakfast - bacon medallions, eggs, baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes.i also had a frozen hash brown and HP sauce which will be my swips

Hope the dentist went ok @Coxy11

@bubbs sorry your long awaited appointment has been cancelled. So annoying!

So annoying for you @bubbs what’s the plan now?

I have a chipped filling so it’s being replaced tomorrow. I am a nervous dental patient so not looking forward to it but hoping the throbbing and gum inflammation will go away!

Well done @Matron_Midge and welcome back 😊

Glad you had a good holiday @Matron_Midge and to get a loss is amazing! 👍

That's really tough @bubbs .Any idea when it will be rescheduled? 🤔

Was your break a birthday treat for DH? Glad you got your fish and chips. 😋

Hope all goes well with the dentist tomorrow @Coxy11 .🤞

I've stayed on plan today and no swips. This week is looking good, no meals out planned so should be in control. 😁

    Morning all,

Go you with a holiday loss, fab 🎉 @Matron_Midge . Hope dentist is quick @Coxy11 🤞

I’d be on the phone demanding an early appointment @bubbs.
I know from experience with my late DH sometimes you have to keep badgering them. It’s awful and worse when it’s not in your nature to do that!

On Saturday I thought I had a clear week and a good run at staying firmly on plan, well I was wrong 🤣 out for lunch today and Thursday with an added coffee and walk before the lunch - at least I’ll get some exercise I suppose.

    Food today:
Breakfast - yoghurt and fruit, coffee, collagen 2.5
Lunch - TBC but hoping for a baked potato or even pasta in tomato sauce
Dinner - was to be steak but changed to beans on toast due to lunch out but if I’m still full it might just be fruit!

    Have a good day all.

    Afternoon all.

Thanks everyone, they said they will be in touch ASAP, apparently the machine is broken but i know for a fact there is another one as they asked me if i wanted it at the general hospital or this other place the other side of town.

Well might well go away for the weekend as my week gets worse, car has failed MOT, emissions, they think Catalytic converter , going back in Monday as can't get me in till then, luckily MOT does not run out till 29th. Then we went unit, DH took his glasses off and you be buggered if we could find them, so he was loosing his rag and we came home without them 🤣

    Well done MM 👏👏

Hope you got on ok Coxy 🥰

Maman yes we always go away around his birthday

Was bloody hungry and forgot to take pic of lunch, ham, watermelon, 2 boiled eggs, tomato and beetroot .

    That’s annoying about the MOT @bubbs 🙁

Dentist was surprisingly okay - new dentist due to our move and he was very gentle. I’m only now getting the feeling back to my tongue, lip, cheek so I made chilli con carne as that’s easy. I only managed a banana for lunch as tooth was too painful. Who knows, I might get a loss this week 🤣
