Haha we know who the chatterboxes are 😉🤣🤣

WI saw the expected gain - 3.5 lbs 🙈 I dread to think what it was last Monday, and worse, if I hadn’t got back on plan eek! Onwards and downwards from now until Christmas (it’s only 10 or 11 weeks 😳).

When DS did the shopping yesterday in Aldi he kept texting either about items not in stock or the prices. I’ve taught him well lol. I have a list of stuff I’ll need to try and pick up during the week.

Breakfast was a Sheldon’s bap with bacon medallions, mushrooms and tomatoes and dinner is chilli loaded wedges with cheese and salad. 2.5 swips used for collagen. Not drinking sure frees up the swips 😁

I suppose it's what you expected after the holiday @Jellybaby but you're back on track and that's what matters. 👍

Sheldon's baps are nice but (unless they were out of stock), the Aldi wholemeal baps are just as good and much better VFM.

    Morning all,

I have sunshine! But it’s very cold and I’m actually thinking I might need to look a scarf out.

    I didn’t know about Aldi’s baps @maman I’ll look out for them 👍

No bacon joints in Morrisons so will pop out later to T’s but apart from that a nice quiet day.

Breakfast was granola, fruit and yoghurt and it’s roast chicken with roasties and loads of veg for dinner. No gravy as I don’t like it 😁

I’ve just had another catch up…..I seem to spend my life catching up with various things atm.

Bubbs- hope your shoulder improves soon…..and Maman same goes for your finger. I travelled back to my old hometown last week to have a cyst drained in my shoulder. He did it 1 st go which I was pleased with - he wasn’t sure he’d be able to reach it as it was very deep.

Coxy you should have given me a wave en route to Whitstable to Herne Bay. The new place is between the 2.

ive been focusing on free food but having treats when I’ve been out and about. I’ve lost 1/2lb but been up and down in between. I’m happy with that as life has taken on a whole new speed down here. My trike should be arriving tomorrow 🤞so I’ll be on the coastal path for a little ride most days…..just need to remind Dh I’ve no intention of doing the whole of the Kent coast in one go.

    Hi all,

I went to Ally Pally with Mum yesterday for the knit and stitch show. Was an early start/long day. We both took a packed lunch but we succumbed to a chippy tea picked up on the way home. I had an OAP portion of cod and chips and enjoyed every last bit. Of course I was suffering in bed with indigestion!! I also appear to have picked up DDad’s lurgy so am dosing up. Skipped yoga and could’ve done without food shopping with Mum this morning but needs must.

    Food today:

B - toasted protein bagel thin, satsuma - fibre, S

    L - JP with baked beans, banana, pink n white - 1, free, 2.5

D - roast chicken, roasties, carrots, mange tout, broccoli - P, Free, S

    Calcium - 350ml skimmed milk

    SWIPs - 3.5 plus a hi fi bar = 7 total

Oh you’re not too far from me and @joedenise @milann 😊

Have just smashed a glass Pyrex dish - shards of glass everywhere. Oh well the kitchen floor needed washing anyway lol

Hope you get all the bits of glass @Coxy11 , take care.

It's @joedenise with the sore finger @milann but it's the thought that counts. 😊 You've done well to see a loss with all that's going on. Good luck with the trike!

Sorry to hear it's cold in your neck of the woods @beanielou and @Jellybaby . It's been another nice day here, still no coat needed. 👍

We've been at football over lunchtime and just got back. I took a filled roll and ate a few of DH's crisps but otherwise on plan. Roast chicken seems popular today. 😋

    Today's plan -

B- toast, eggs, baked beans (fibre#1, P, F), milk for drinks (calcium)

L- bap with ham and salad (fibre #2, P, S)

D roast chicken (P), SW roast potatoes, parsnips (F), many vegetables (S)

Swips - few crisps? gravy 4, weekend wine 😁

    Morning all,

I am taking DDad back to DSis this morning then I have an ‘emergency’ appt with the dentist for my sore tooth/gum. Will probably need an xray to see what’s going on. I’m meant to be volunteering later but depends whether I have any treatment too.

    Food today:

    B - 40g malted wheats, mullerlight, blueberries - fibre, 0.5, S

L - LO rice fried with peas, ham and egg, satsumas - free, P, S

D - Pork Szechuan with noodles - free

Calcium - 250ml semi skimmed milk

    SWIPs - 0.5 plus hi fi bar 3 = 3.5 total

    Morning all,

Ouch! @Coxy11 hope you get on ok at the dentist.

I didn’t get up until nearly 10am!! I must’ve been needing it and thankfully I don’t have much on today.

    Food today:
Morning - coffee, collagen 2.5, banana
Lunch - Sheldon bap (fibre), L/o chicken, salad, salad cream 1.5
Dinner - chilli salmon, baby potatoes, roasted carrots, onions, broccoli and tomatoes

    Have a good day everyone
