    Good morning

weigh day today, I lost 1lb, I know it's a loss but I'm a little deflated and not sure why? I stayed for the whole meeting though and here's to a new week ☺️

    Morning all,

Well done @Glad on both the loss and staying to group x I would kill for a 1lb loss so please don't feel disappointed x

The avocado and prawn salad sounds lovely @maman but I too would have refused the garlic bread (which is a little odd to go with a salad?) Glad you could make a healthy swop without incurring any extra charge!!

We are planning to tidy the garden up today as the garden bins get collected on Thursday. It's dry but cloudy today. No rugby to come in for, so expect to be out there a while. We went to the pub last night after dinner - I had one rum n pepsi max and a soda and lime. All within swips.

    Food today:

B - toasted protein bagel thin, poached egg - HEB, P

L - not sure - depends on gardening progress, possible a JP with LO chilli

D - sausages*, SW chips, broccolli and green beans - ??, free, S

    HEA - milk

    Swips - ??

*Please can someone check the swips for The Gym Kitchen chicken sausages? I picked these up in T's last week YS - haven't tried them before. I have Aldi red onion and rosemary (free) ones if these are too high. TIA

@Coxy11 thank you and the gym kitchen sausages are 1 swip each for original and 1.5 each for the piri-piri chicken ones

Morning all, dry but cloudy here too @Coxy11 but not surprising as we're not that far from each other!

Had to pop to Morries this morning as run out of bread. Don't need much before we go away but will need some. Will put what's left into the freezer for when we come back (have cleared a bit of space by getting out stuff needed for tomorrow). They'll be a couple more bits to come out over the next few days too.

Well done on the lb loss @Glad; definitely not being disappointed with. I very rarely lose lb and generally happy as long as I get a loss even if it's not even 0.5lb (my scales weigh in 0.1lb!)

I'd have chosen the avocado and prawn salad too @maman and well done on changing the garlic bread for jacket potato without charge. I've been charged an extra £ when I've asked for jacket instead of chips which I can't really understand as the pile of chips DH gets is just as much potato as the jacket I get!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with bacon - P; S; F
    L - chicken fajitas - Fibre; P; S; 1.5
    D - korma meatballs, rice, mango chutney - P; S; F; 3

    Calcium - milk in drinks
    Fibre - SW wrap
Swips - sweet chilli sauce 1.5; mango chutney 3

We shared a bottle of wine last night and I also had a chewy bar and a lolly so definitely over swips so going to try and keep fairly low over the few days before we go away. I'll be weighing on Wednesday morning so only 5 days instead of a week. Will be happy if I can manage to shift another 0.5lb as I'll only be lb over top end of range. No doubt I'll put on while we're away and have loads more to lose when I get back before the next holiday in about another 4.5 weeks!

    Have a good day everyone.

Thank you for the sausage swip value @Glad luckily they are the original ones. Not sure if DS2 is eating so might have to swop to Aldi ones anyway as we only have 6 chicken.

We have been gardening and have just stopped for lunch. I had JP chilli cheese and pickles. Now back to gardening!

When do you go @joedenise ?

    Well done Glad 👏👏👏

I gained 1lb, dunno why but still in bottom half of target.

Been home, took the suitcases with us, hung and put away all the clothes, had a dust, not been there a month a dust was an inch thick!! where does it come from? Not like the windows are open!

I had a ham and egg roll at home , didn't have any speed as didn't have any, but went shopping on the way back so we don't have to go tomorrow 😁

We're leaving early Thursday morning, think about 5.30 and we'll have some breakfast at the airport. I'm planning of filling a soft pitta with a small salad from Morries which I'll buy on Wednesday to eat on the plane at lunchtime. DH will probably have a couple of meat pies/sausage rolls or similar plus some crisps.

Are you actually back home today @bubbs or is it tomorrow before you can go back to stay? Well done on still being in bottom half of target. We all know our bodies don't always do what we expect them to. Don't think it'll make much difference having on spped at lunchtime. No doubt your salad and BNS chips will more than half fill your plate! Bet you'll be glad when you can start having your ice cream every night again!

@joedenise where are you flying to? A few years ago, travelling to Geneva I took a packed lunch from home and I wasn't allowed to take it through passport control! Since then we go through and get a meal deal from Boots or WH Smiths
