Good morning and Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant Hapus 🏴
I must say, I have very large dinner plates 😁
Frittata recipe below, I left out the sweetcorn and added spinach and some red onion. Also added half a pot of cottage cheese that needed using.

Good morning and Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus to you all! ❤️🏴
Thanks for the recipe @Glad and my mouth is watering at the thought of the mushroom pasta dishes @Jellybaby and @Coxy11 .Enjoy! 😋
Home Sweet Home at last @bubbs . 🤗 DH always goes to bed before me. I'm a bit of a night owl and rarely go to bed before midnight.
My DH is the opposite @joedenise .Other than our sunshine holiday in Turkey, I have to push him to book anywhere else. When we were working we always used up our leave time with holidays but now we can go anytime he needs a nudge. 😁
I'm going to make more meatballs today when the oven is on.
Today's plan -
B HEB porridge, HEA milk, blueberries (S), banana (F)
L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)
D lamb hotpot (P, S, F), cauliflower and cabbage (S)
Swips - LTL mayo 1, cornflour 1, weekend wine 😁

Thanks for the recipe @Glad - looks good; will save that on my laptop to try at some point. Trouble is we already use loads of eggs and DH keeps moaning we have them too often! He even commented this morning that we're actually going to have 3 days before we go on holiday without a single egg!
I'm sure you're glad to be home @bubbs and looking forward to ice cream. Looking forward to seeing what you're going to be having with it each night!
Do hope your hip feels less painful soon @Suffolksue. My DH is suffering with his at the moment but it's also in his lower back and the exercises the physio has given him either aggravate the hip or the back depending on which one he's doing. They don't seem to have got the right exercises that will alleviate the pain and help the movement in both yet.
Haven't had lamb hotpot for a very long time @maman. Something else to add to the plan at some stage! This thread is good for ideas to add from time to time. It was good when we used to have a list of recipes at the start of the thread but not had that for quite a long time now.
Have got a pan of red onion chutney on the go at the moment. Bought the red onions a couple of weeks ago and haven't got round to making it so thought I'd better get it done otherwise would need to face it when we get back in addition to the washing mountain! Think it will make 5 or 6 jars. I ran out of it about a month ago and it's handy to add some extra Speed to the plate in addition to pickled onions!
