Thanks @bubbs I use light soft cheese in the tuna pasta bake so an HEA there. Never mind. My tummy feels (and looks) like a football right now!

Sounds like caffeine withdrawal symptoms if you have a headache. Not good xx

Well done on your loss @Coxy11 .👏👏👏

It's hard to plan for eating when you don't know how long you're going to be at work. Taking something that won't hurt if it's not eaten seems the way forward or, at least, having SW friendly stuff available at home to hoover up when you get back starving.

Good luck with eating up what's left @joedenise . It can be difficult when we're used to having loads of fresh food available.

Good to hear from you @maddiemay .It's been a glorious day here too, so uplifting after all the rain. 🤞you'll get back in the zone soon.

You're obviously loving being back at home @bubbs .There's nothing like your own bed. 😴

I've been enjoying a bag of baby spinach in the last few days. It's ideal for doubling up as salad leaves and I'll finish it off tomorrow in a curry.

    Today's plan -

B - HEB toast, bacon, eggs (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks

    L- LO hotpot, veg and pickles (P, F, S)

    D- sausage casserole and penne (P, S, F)

    Swips - BGTY sausages 2

    Great loss @Coxy11, well done.

Must be very difficult not knowing what time you're going to be working. You're right about the planning. I agree with @bubbs that you could have the WM roll or almonds as Fibre - or even both and then count the Swips for the soft cheese.

I've managed to plan for the few days we have left and will be using up everything fresh. May not be the most exciting meals but at least we'll have full tummies!

I am so very sorry to read your sad news @Longwalker thinking of you and your family. Look after yourself too x

Well done on the loss @Coxy11

I seem to have lost the SW plot! I’m eating for Scotland, everything and anything. I’m meeting a friend for coffee tomorrow, another friend for lunch on Wednesday, an ex-colleague for lunch on Thursday so it’s going to continue. Hopefully my head will be back in the game and I’ll feel more in control.

At least you and @Jellybaby can share eating for Scotland @beanielou .That would cut it down a bit! 🤣

    Morning all,

No sorry @bubbs I don’t - are you thinking of buying one?

Annoying isn’t it @Jellybaby when lots of social events clash - it can feel a bit overwhelming. I think it’s a case of good when you can and careful when you can’t. Enjoy seeing your friends, that’s the main thing x

I was planning on going to the allotment today and a trip out to view some cars this afternoon. However there’s a delivery at the allotment so I’ll leave them to it. Car shopping it is then 😱

    Food today:

    B - Maple porridge sachet, 1/2 milk, 1/2 water, banana, satsuma - HEB, 1/2 HEA, free, S

    L - Possibly out, hopefully a JP 🤞🏻

    D - Burger in a bowl - P, 1/2 HEA, S, 1

    HEA - milk

Syns - 1 plus skinny bar = at least 4
