We're off to Salisbury for a few days. Looking forward to it. They have a great bus service so can get to various places easily. We're going to do Stone Henge one day as there's a direct bus - it's only about 10 miles away but no doubt we'll end up riding around for an hour or more!

Well done @Coxy11 on the hiking and the great loss and brilliant to get SOTW too.

Pleased to say my thumb seems to be ok, I've not even had any of the strong painkillers just some Ibuprofen and it seems to have kept the pain at bay.

    Morning all,

Sorry things have been so stressful @Jellybaby the steak and veggies sounds lovely. Hope you enjoyed x

    Safe travels @joedenise and @maman x

Good luck to those weighing in today x

We ate at the village pub last night. I chose monkfish - it came with a tomato/red pepper sauce and cubed potatoes - the sauce was more like a broth, not creamy, so hopefully a good choice. I hadn’t had any SWIPs so had a single rum and Pepsi max.

We have ILs here today for a BBQ. I am making SW-friendly potato salad plus a huge salad bowl. There’s RM coleslaw too but I’ll avoid that. Will do cruditΓ©s as well. Meat wise there’s various bits and bobs which I’ll check on the scanner later so I can stay on track.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all,

I missed your loss @Coxy11 fab πŸŽ‰ and your meal out sounds delicious. No chance of BBQ here, it’s cold and wet ☹️

Got to class and it was a STS. For once, I’m delighted with that. I honestly thought it was going to be a massive gain.

I had breakfast when I got back, the usual granola, chopped fruit and Kvarg so fibre choice and 0.5 swips. I’m meeting friends for a late lunch and I’ll probably have pasta with a tomato based sauce.

If I’m hungry later tonight I’ve plenty cold meat, eggs and fruit to snack on.

That’s not bad @bubbs after a weeks holiday πŸ‘

We have Gym Kitchen chicken sausages for the bbq as DDIL doesn’t eat pork. They are 1 SWIP each plus I’ll air fry some of those chicken protein skewers from Aldi. That’s lunch sorted! I’m making Eton Mess but will have a meringue nest for me plus loads of strawberries and blueberries πŸ‘

    SWIPs today

    Chicken sausage - 1

    Chicken skewer - 1

Mayo in potato salad - 0.5

    Meringue nest - 2.5

Afternoon all, lovely weather again today. DH needed to do some washing this morning as he was down to his last pair of pants! Obviously he's got enough for our short break away!

Managed to pick up some of the steak and chip deals from the Co-op so we'll be taking one lot with us for dinner tomorrow, 2 lots have gone into the freezer.

Well done @Jellybaby on your STS that's brilliant after the stuff that's been going on.

You've done well too @bubbs just half on is good after a week's holiday.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
    L - ham & mustard sandwich - Fibre; P; 2.5
    D - keema curry, rice, naan, mango chutney - Fibre; P; S; F; 3

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - bread; naan
    Swips - sausage 1; mustard 1; LF spred 1.5; mango chutney 3

    Have a good day everyone.
