Great loss @Jellybaby xx
We (thankfully) don’t have any prescription meds but Mum does. She gets hers sent through to the pharmacy next to her GP and collects them. We have said we’d organise a delivery but she stubbornly refuses. Wish all NHS dispensing was the same UK-wide but alas not.
Another hot day. Have done two wash loads and have visited the tip with the last of the en-suite spoils (for a small room it created a lot of rubbish). DH is about to start the final sanding of the porch then we’ll pop to Faversham for food shopping and a haircut for DH.Food today:
B - All Bran, mullerlight, blueberries - Fibre, 0.5, S
L - ham and egg salad, hummus - P, S, 2
D - Garlic mayo chicken traybake (Slimming Eats) - 2, Calcium
Calcium - milk
SWIPs - 4.5

well having complained at losing a lb last week ,this week I lost 1/2 lb !
Will be happy with a whole one in future !0 -
@Coxy11 I've been trail running about 8 or 9 years, we are not fast at all and usually run where we know, it gets to be normal to be constantly scanning the ground in front, so trips occur maybe once or twice a year! Much easier on the knees and hips than running on roads or pavements though, and the head reset far outweighs the aches it gives me sometimes
Weigh day today, a half off, happy it is still going down but thought I'd been exceedingly good this week. Tonight is treat night so veggie chilli with wraps, guac, sour cream and cheese (lighter cheese), a gin and malteasers to follow and then back on the horse tomorrow.
I have a night out with my friends Tuesday, Thai dine so hoping to keep it low swip

Afternoon all, was up early to go up to St Albans to take DGD to an eye clinic for pre op prior to laser treatment on Tuesday. Thankfully DD1 (her mum) is taking her on Tuesday. She couldn't do today as already had prior arrangements otherwise she's have gone up today and stayed until Tuesday. It was a 2 hour drive each way plus another 45 minutes each way to the clinic so lots of driving for DH. Think you're all aware I don't do long distance driving!
Well done on your losses @Jellybaby, @Suffolksue and @Glad.

Well done @Suffolksue and @Glad on your losses today 🙌🏻
That’s a lot of driving @joedenise I think you’ve done well all things considered. I know St Albans well having grown up in Hertfordshire.
I would like to get back to my running - country lanes hereabouts - just need to find a good time (and the inclination). I’m so scared of tripping/slipping no way could I do trail running!! Good on you @Glad xYet again I’ve planned a meal for four and both adult kids are out! Really frustrating!

Afternoon all 😁
Well done to the losers 👏👏
I had another bloody gain, no idea why 😪1/2lb, bang on target now.
Well this morning the area manager was there, she was told a few home truths 🤣🤣 apparently our consultant was not asked to go to the other group "because it was on its !!!!!!!" it became available and she asked for it!! So she was going to have words with her about that.
The new consultant is delayed a few weeks apparently, but must admit after all the hassle first thing she was really nice. I told the area manager i was ready to walk as was fed up of it all.
Coxy, think you used to have these but i can't remember what they were called , like a corn cracker thing and you got 6 for hexb, do you remember what they are called? bit of a stab in the dark i know!
Food today,
Picky plate with 4 ryvita crackers, 4 sv
tea, pizza, fibre, calcium , salad and bns chips

Annoying about the small gain @bubbs I'd forgotten about those corn thins - think there's a multigrain version or original? Not sure if they're both HEXB though? That's ridiculous about your consultant. Is your new one a brand new consultant being trained up then? Bet AM didn't know what hit her today 😮
Still waiting for dinner to cook. Don't think cubed potatoes needed 35 mins plus another 25! Will be like charcoal by the time the chicken is done.
