Thanks @Jellybaby. My old book says that Mini milks are 2 each - I'm sure when I first started SW they were I.5 - wish they wouldn't keep messing with the values!

4 swips for the mini Calippo seems a lot for a fruit lolly but I've got the Swips available so won't worry too much. If I'm short of Swips I've got some mini milks as well (the Lidl ones but assume they're the same value!).

Much better here today, we've even had a few drops of rain but didn't come to much.

That's not good enough about the bread @bubbs but glad you enjoyed your doughnut. 😋

Another having Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner here @Coxy11 and @Jellybaby@Jellybaby.It was on the menu for Tuesday but I didn't have dinner then or last night. DH had a salad both days but at last I was cool enough to eat tonight. 👍

Other than two plain biscuits last night I've stayed on plan so don't suppose not eating will do much harm.

I know it is, if it had been in here a couple of days i could understand it, it wouldn't be right but with the heat in here, it would go mouldy, bread, rolls, are all bagged and frozen , which i was going to do today. Everything needs to be in fridge or freezer, even my tin of pilchards went in the freezer for 40 mins as the tin was warm 🤣

I did message them and got a whole £1 voucher added to my app 🤣

A whole pound 🤣 @bubbs they were very generous, not!

Back to our normal Scottish weather. Dull, grey, windy and forecast says rain, rain and more rain 😳 Anyhoo, I’ve a shorts and vest top tan 🤣🤣

Shopping day with the parents 😎 apart from fruit and veg I don’t really need much this week. I think I may make savings on June’s food budget with DS2 out and about once the World Cup starts then me off to Tenerife. He is hosting the pre-match party for Scotland’s first game but said he’ll sort beer and food out himself.

Usual fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and I’m fairly certain parents will want to go for lunch so baked potato with cheese probably. I’ll decide on dinner later in case I pick up any bargains or still full from lunch.

    Have a good day everyone!

Morning all, weather not bad here, certainly better than yours @Jellybaby! It's cloudy but still warm and no wind - it's probably around 20 at the moment and we're forecast to get to 25 this afternoon.

I weighed this morning and pleased to say I have managed to shift 2.7lb! I suspect some of that is from the water retention after flying as didn't lose it last week as I thought I would, in fact I put on a bit after getting back so the 2.7 is from that WI.

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats - Fibre; S; F
    L - ham salad sandwich; pickles - Fibre; P; S; 1.5
    D - fish pie, veg - P; S; F; 4

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - oats; bread
Swips - LF spread 1.5; cheese sauce mix 4; may also have a mini milk 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all,

Great loss @joedenise ! That’s a lot for a little calippo lolly. Luckily I’m not fussed about ice cream or lollies so never buy them.

Bleurgh to the mould @bubbs but glad you got some money back x

Finally had my Spag Bol at 9pm after yoga. DS2 cooked 50g spaghetti each with 500g of mince - for three of us. I had half a plate of salad too. Lots of Down Dog at yoga last night which was challenging in this heat and I went to bed with a headache. Woke up with a migraine. Luckily BFF got me some super strength pain relief from the US so it has now gone. I was meant to go to BW but don’t feel up to driving that distance so will potter here.

    Food today:

B - SW blueberry pancake ( YS from Food Warehouse), blueberries, light and free Greek style yogurt - Fibre, S, 0.5

L - JP, tuna, mayo, salad leaves, toms, cucumber, pickles, apple - 2.5, S

D - BBQ pork and veg traybake (courgettes/potatoes/sweetcorn/peppers) - 1 for BBQ sauce*

    Calcium - milk

SWIPs - 4* please would someone check the SWIPs for the sauce below, TIA x

Thanks @Coxy11 and @beanielou - couldn't quite believe my eyes when I saw the weight on the scales. Still need to shift another 4lb just to get back to top end of target so half a stone to get back to actual target weight!

As @beanielou says I just need to keep plodding!
