Afternoon all, another scorcher today. Washed and waterproofed our jackets this morning and hung on the line. Will get them in shortly.
Been to The Food Warehouse this morning and stocked up on some frozen stuff; also went to Lidl & Morrisons for the stuff I couldn't get in there. Still need to go to Sainsbugs at some point but that can wait until next week as not desperate as only buy their own brand low salt/low sugar baked beans in there usually.
Well done on STS @beanielou and 0.5lb off @Coxy11 - not long to your holiday now. We popped into the TUI shop while we were in Sittingbourne and changed the holiday we'd booked for next March - instead of 2 weeks in Cyprus we're now doing 4 weeks in Lanzarote for about the same price! When we booked Cyprus neither or us was 100% about it but decided it was worth paying the Flex bit (£60) so we could change it if we decided to which we did over the weekend!
Today's plan:
B - toasted. cheese sandwich, pickles - Fibre; Calcium; S
L - minced beef hash - P; S; F
D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, beans, corn on the cob - P; FCalcium - milk; cheese
Fibre - bread
Swips - lolly 2Have a good day everyone and don't forget the sun cream.

Great to be able to change the holiday destination @joedenise - two for the price of one!! I picked Mum up from S'bourne Aldi and got some bits for us too. Might pop to Faversham HB in a bit as don't think I can face the town!
I made the pork pie this morning - you're right @bubbs I don't put a base on it so only use half a tin of pease pudding, one egg and seasoning. Have frozen the other half.
Lunch - found the other half pack of hot smoked mackerel in the fridge, which needed using up so had a huge salad of baby leaves, tomatoes, pink pickled onions, sweet pickled onions, pickled red cabbage, gherkin, quarter of pork pie, couple of crabsticks and tbsp hummus. Was amazing, massive and very much enjoyed. Might make a rice pot later for tomorrow as I'm WFH.
Sorry about DH's neck @bubbs - give him some gentle work-related tasks to do! x
I too have naturally curly hair @Jellybaby and keep it long so I can straighten it. I coloured it last night and it was so hot I let it air dry. Luckily I can stuff it under my hat when I go out lol.

Been awol again. Sorry but life has just been a tad mad here.
We had 6 nights away in The North East and had a lovely time… there was more to do than I realised and the coast was beautiful. We did visit Si Kings pie shop though and had several other meals out. I tried to choose sensibly but it wasn’t always easy. I’d got 1/2lb below a stone bracket before we went but I’m now 1 1/2 over again. It is what it is. Dd and her family stayed over the weekend…so it was a mad rush to get the camp beds up and shopping done and I did succumb to shop bought treats with the gks.
I’ve just been having a catch up Bubbs….so pleased your Dh got to hospital quickly. I think the packet of custard creams were needed….im surprised you didn’t eat more rubbish than you did.I don’t particularly follow football but did go with my dad as a nipper. My nephews were in the big nearby city nearby to see the celebration busses of the team they support over the weekend and to wish the manager well as he ventures to pastures new, whereas my neighbours were devastated on Sunday as they’d travelled to Wembley - it didn't go well for my very local team. I have enjoyed watching the drams aboutGareth Southgate though.
The decision to get rid of Millie Motorhome has been made….partly because I’m finding it difficult to get up the steps ( even with an extra portable extra step), Dh is struggling in the night if he needs the loo as he needs to clamber over me and the cash will be useful to make the alterations we want to make in the new bungalow. I’ll miss our adventures but the time is right.Well done on the losses folks.👏👏👏👏

Decided against beans with the KFC; have made some potato salad instead so an extra Swip; also had a couple 0% G&Ts this afternoon so another 0.5 Swip. Still only 3.5 Swips today.

Sorry @Coxy11 i missed your loss, well done 😁 I keep my hair very short to keep the curl and frizz at bay. It’s just long enough to use straighteners and no more!
That’s not a big gain for being away @milann you’ll have it off in no time, especially with exciting time ahead with your new bungalow.
I’m just enjoying a small glass of wine in the garden before the sun moves 😁
