It's a relief now it's cooled down a bit @bubbs . I could eat that ice cream now!

DH said earlier that if this becomes a regular thing we'll have to get some sort of air con!

How is Mr Bubbs and how are you managing with your business? 🤔

Morning all, another glorious day. Will sit out in the garden with a coffee a bit later.

Nothing much planned for today - not even any washing as there's not enough for a load left in the basket!

    Today's food:

    B - bacon and mushroom sandwich - Fibre; P; S; 1.5
    L - egg salad - P; S
D - steak, jacket, salad - as we didn't have it last night as DH wasn't hungry! P; S; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - bread
    Healthy fat - avocado
    Swips - LF spread 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all 😁

Just opened the car windows reading 31 already😫

Going to pop out to get more salad stuff in a bit.

Maman, Mr bubbs is ok , now starting to ho stir crazy and wants to go out now, just fed up of the 4 walls. He's coming shop with me. He has cancer consultant telephone appointment in the morning, to see if they are going to do anything more than just wait for July's bloods, because his are rising 😪 but I don't think they will yet as although they have doubled, they are not high, high.

Work is ok, back on track this last week.

    Try and stay cool everyone

It’s roasty toasty! I’m not complaining though! It’s Scotland this will be our summer 🤣

DS2 is off so he lugged all the garden furniture out of the garage and I’ve been washing it down. It’s all wooden and think it needs a sand down and restained. I’ve been looking at new cushions too but might need a bank loan first!

I had a sweet omelette with banana, strawberries, nectarine and yoghurt for breakfast (DS had a fry up). Going to have a chicken salad with pickles for lunch and dinner is chilli salmon, new potatoes and L/over roasted veg.

    Stay cool everyone.
