    Morning all,

A LOT cooler today and so far the sun is hiding. Two loads of bedding are already on the line, towels are swishing around just now.

Car saga is ongoing 🙈 expensive problem might not be what garage first thought so holding off test drive to see what happens.

Breakfast is the usual fruit and yoghurt. I’m out for lunch at a local pub. If I’m hungry come dinner time I’ll pull something from the freezer.

    Have a grand day everyone.

    Morning,

Cooler here too @Jellybaby sorry about your car, frustrating!

Our new shower tripped this morning. Not sure why - but trip switch is……in the loft….of course it is. DH had to get up the ladder and was shouting instructions! All okay now.

    Food today:

B - strawberries, blueberries, mullerlight, toasted bagel thin with marmite - S, 0.5, Fibre, free

L - no rice pot made so picky plate: pork pie, crab sticks, pickles, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrot - free, S

D - HM chicken shish kebabs using chicken mince, cumin, paprika and garlic granules, salad, hummus (family will have a flatbread) - P, S, 3

    Calcium - milk

SWIPs - 3.5 plus skinny bar so 7 total

Morning all, definitely much cooler this morning so should be more comfortable than the last couple of days.

Two loads of washing done - finally got round to washing my towelling robe which I use after my shower. It's so thick it takes ages to dry so doesn't get washed too often - definitely needs good weather to get it dry.

    Today's plan:

    B - veggie omelette - P; S
    L - stuffed pepper, salad - Calcium; S; F
    D - baked salmon, rice, salad - P; S; F

    Calcium - milk; cheese
    Fibre - none planned
Swips - probably another lolly 2

    Have a good day everyone.

Coxy that’s so annoying having to get the loft ladder out to repair the shower. Pleased it’s sorted now.

Hope you get the car sorted Jellybaby

Breakfast today - fruit, yoghurt and 40g of Jordan’s granola and a few walnuts ( weighed in the 40 g)

Dinner/tea will be eaten out….not sure where heat as meeting a friend for a catch up and cinema with air con.

If I’m hungry later tonight I’ll have some cold meat, tomato and beetroot.

    January spends - £587.58

I suppose it'll put off the expense of new car @Jellybaby but more decisions!🤔

It's a bit cooler here too today, 27 degrees instead of 31!🥵 I'm really not coping well with this weather. It'll be so much better when I'm on holiday with the sea, the swimming pool and the air con to help me cope.

Yesterday I had no appetite so didn't have anything from breakfast until very late in the evening (10pm) but all on plan.

    Today's plan-
B- toast (fibre), milk (calcium1), eggs, bacon (P), tomatoes (S)
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
    D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,S,F), Parmesan (calcium2)
    Swips- LTL mayo 1

    Hope we're all drinking plenty!👍🏼

Two very hot days in work, I'm just having my hourly 'micro break' as advised by the health and safety team for my ongoing back/leg issues, I'll finish here about 6.15pm!

B was overnight oats (forgot the water so the oats had just softened a little with the yoghurt and frozen fruit, I do prefer them soggy)

L was tinned tuna, lots of salad and a skyr yoghurt

also munched through 2 apples and a banana today

D is just me and thinking omelette, with onion peppers and cheese, rest of the tub of skyr and maybe more fruit

So glad to be off tomorrow, will be up early for a run in the woods with the youngest dog and then see what the day brings
