    Afternoon all 😁

So pleased it's cooler today .

Does anyone know how you get hospital and doctors results on your NHS app? DH has nothing on there from hospital, no tablets on repeat and will run out of some next week, he is ging to ring about them Monday. It's like a fighting battle all the time 🙄No cancer blood results on there since October , although we know what they are.

Well done Denise that's a good loss 👏👏

    Coxy 1.5 per tbsp.

    Picky plate for lunch free

    Chicken and salad for tea

Our GP surgery are really good about putting results/repeat prescriptions etc on the app. Unfortunately if your surgery aren't good at updating the app then you'll need to contact them. I'd get your DH to call the GP this afternoon and not leave it until Monday. They usually want 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions and then it has to be sent to the pharmacy so can easily be 3 or 4 days before you get your meds.

That's a brilliant result at WI for you @joedenise .Well done! 👏👏👏

Like you I'm a bit over target but feeling philosophical about it as my clothes still fit fine so I can live with it. I'm just doing 'good when I can' . Probably need to knuckle down when I get back from my holiday. 🤣

I'm away 2 weeks on Sunday @Coxy11 for the best part of 3 weeks. Like you, I can take or leave ice cream and lollies. I never keep them at home but I do have an occasional affogato in restaurants and partial to an almond Magnum on holiday. 😋

Oh dear, yet another problem with your GP @bubbs .🤬 Fortunately DH's meds repeat automatically unless he needs a review. The pharmacy just message him when the prescription is ready. He had one this week so he knows he's got plenty to take away. Hope you manage to get through to the surgery. My DD phoned (different GP to mine) for her elderly neighbour this week and was 29th in the queue! ☹️

Not sure how much World Cup we'll be watching as the matches are on at such awkward times @Jellybaby , even later in Turkey as it's 2 hours ahead.

It's much cooler today (22) and I'm feeling so much better. 👍

    Today's plan -

B- toast (fibre), milk (calcium 1), eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)

    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)

    D - salmon (P), chips (F), green stuff (S), garlic mushrooms (S, calcium 2)

    Swips - weekend wine 😊

I’ve been mainly on plan over the last couple of days. I did eat out at one of The Lounge chain restaurants but I had a salad with Mediterranean grains and chicken. I know there was oil but it was the lowest calorie item on the menu and the coolest…..I couldn’t face hot food. I’ve been to 2 aqua classes this week too. Hoping to get back under the next stone again but I’m not holding my breath.

Just seen replies, he has enough for all of next week, the hospital said the were writing to the doctor and the medication would be added, well 2 weeks tomorrow since he came home,

We have to order ours online, never heard of them being automatic and the pharmacy messaging when they are ready? certainly don't work like that around here , i order Mum's tablets online and they get delivered from pharmacy .

We have a pharmacy next door to the surgery so most people choose to have their prescriptions sent there. When it's a repeat prescription then they automatically go through every 6 weeks or whatever size prescription you get at a time.

That's what happens for DH @bubbs because they know how many pills he has to take each day and so how long they last.

I only have a prescription for eye drops and as they're not so easy to measure I have to order mine. They say allow 4 days but usually come sooner and I get a message to say they're ready to collect.

Did you get to phone the surgery to find out if the hospital had updated DH's prescription? 🤔

We don't have a pharmacy next door, shut after covid, mine get sent to Boots and Boot message me when they are ready, but i have to request them online and have the same every month.

Mum has a pharmacy attached to her doctors, we swapped from there as they were crap, so i order them online, they get sent to another Pharmacy in town and they deliver free, usually next day, she has the same every month too, i have never heard of not ordering medication 🤔

No didn't try as he has already said ringing Monday.

Well just found out by being nosey on the SW website we do not have our new consultant tomorrow, another temp one, honestly seriously getting p!ssed off with it 😪

They've obviously got big problems recruiting SW consultants @bubbs . What a mess! My old consultant got herself a job in Iceland during Covid and did really well there (selling SW meals 🤣) so she cut back her groups massively. Good luck for tomorrow. 🤞

Our pharmacy used to be crap too (Lloyd's) but fortunately got taken over and now it's great. I think it does do deliveries but we don't use that.

    Morning all,

Well done on the loss @joedenise

I’m not joining the pharmacy/meds chat because I’d rant all day! Wish my parents would agree to getting their meds made up for them or even delivered!!

Did weigh and go rather than stay. Buzzing with 3 off - I’m sure that’s last week’s 1.5 gain though as didn’t think it was right. Anyhoo, 2.5 stone off altogether leaving me with just under a stone to target.

Nothing planned today other than some cleaning bits around the house. I had fruit, yoghurt and bran flakes (fibre) for breakfast and have taken some tomato and red pepper soup out of the freezer for lunch. Dinner is chicken and leek tagliatelle (using Seriously Strong cheddar as calcium choice).
