You're right @bubbs , SW should keep members informed. I'm sure they could use the app. They're quick enough to tell target members that they need to weigh! Or they could just message members of a group. I'm sure they've got all the information. ☹️

Perhaps the gutters just can't cope with with the sort of torrential rain we had a few weeks ago. 🤔

Seems to me that they're both very short of consultants and they've lost a lot of goodwill and camaraderie.

When I started SW, local consultants always covered each other for holidays and illness etc so you rarely if ever got some random person.

Morning! Pinch pinch and all that 😊

I didn’t manage to get on yesterday - had yoga first thing then spent the day in the garden. We did ‘no mow May’ and we have two large lawns, so it took a while to sort. Looks good….for now…

Sorry to hear about your DH @TakeItEazy I’m glad he seems to be on the mend but how stressful. Agree with @beanielou - maybe get signed off ? Well done on your loss xx

I weighed in today with a 2lb loss - very happy with that. We go away a week tomorrow so would like another loss before then. We are bed and breakfast when we are away and it’s a port town, so hoping for lots of fish - if it swims it slims 😉 Only random thing this week is an Italian meal out for DSis birthday on Thursday

    Food today:

    B - mushroom and spinach omelette - P, S

L - WM soft pitta with cheese and lettuce, apple - Fibre, Calcium, S

    D - 2% turkey mince shish kebabs, AF potatoes, salad - P, free, S

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5

Afternoon all, it's not a bad day today, a bit cooler and a bit breezier but nonetheless a nice day. Needed to shopping today as DH has a pre op for his eye tomorrow which is when we would usually go. I needed to pick up a blood test form on the way home and asked about making an appointment but was told that the hospital next door were now walk in - that's something that's only happened recently as last time I needed a blood test at the hospital it was appointment only and could never get through on the whole so used to travel the 15 miles to Sittingbourne Hospital where they had a sit and wait service. Good to know our local one is now the same.

Great loss @Coxy11 and good luck in shifting a bit more before your holiday. Where are you off too?

    Today's plan:

    B - weetabix, milk
    L - ham salad with pickles - P; S; F
    D - LO chicken, chips, beans - P; F

    Calcium - milk x 2
    Fibre - Weetabix
    Swips - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.

Think I've got my sewing mojo back - have decided to make a pair of lightweight trousers for the summer/autumn - not needed at the moment but when it's a bit cooler they come into their own.
