I'm sure Mr Bubbs appreciated a night's sleep in his own bed 😴 and the roast beef dinner will be a
bigmassive step up on the hospital food @bubbs. 😋We're having a roast today too, really looking forward to it. Just recently I've been doing casseroles on a Sunday as I've been needing to cook in advance and reheat but today I've got plenty of time.
Hope you find the energy for a list and food shop @Coxy11 so you can set yourself up for the week. I did my shop yesterday as was busy on Friday. The fridge was bare as last shop was 9 days ago due to other commitments. I've got myself into this weekly habit and it really throws me if circumstances change. I don't like calling into shops and picking up odd bits I'd rather get it all done in one go.
I risked putting a line of washing out despite a forecast of rain. 🤞🏼it's OK so far.
Today's plan-
B- porridge (fibre), milk (calcium), blueberries, raspberries (S), banana (F)
L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)
D- roast chicken dinner (P,S,F)
Swips - LTL mayo 1, gravy 4, weekend wine☺️0 -
Lost 1 lb ( the one I put on last week )!
Bubbs , I had a ‘surprise’ stent ,4 years ago ,only one though and take most of those tablets and some different ones ,I’m fine now just v occasional angina ( still have two slightly blocked arteries ,not suitable for stenting ,but not bad enough for bypass ) .one of those drugs will probably only be for a year ,tell oh to be careful of knocking himself as the bruising with double blood thinners is spectacular !
Once you get over the initial shock it’s ok .Please make sure he goes for cardiac rehab when it’s offered
This isn’t medical advice by the way

Maman, he never ate much at all in Hospital, Friday he had nothing because he really felt rough after the 2nd angiogram, he ate his tea last night.
Sue he didn't have a stent, he had balloons , they said if these fail he will have stents. Yes one of the aspirin is for only a year, the other one a lifetime. Glad you are ok now💕 and well done on the loss 👏👏
What sort of thing to the do/say at cardiac rehab? Message me if you want to
Beanie, yes i have made a mistake, ordered one with morning and night, so going to send that back and have ordered one with lunchtime too because some have to be with food and that's the first time he eats
