That's excellent @Jellybaby . Good on your DS! Let's hope the parents start realise that you can't be available at all times and need time to yourself. 👍

Keep plodding @Suffolksue .Try and have a good push at it this week.

Only 6 lbs to go @Glad . Hopefully, the sun will shine soon and the salads and fruits will get you over the line very soon. 🤞

Chicken is out of the oven and tastes good. Cook's perks. 😋

Early start today, meeting a friend for a run and it suits her to meet at 9am after school rum. I like breakfast before I go but not to close so up at 7am, overnight oats polished off and an hour chill writing a story 😊 win win

Mum calling later to list some clothes on v1nted. Then French and then spoons for tea. Thinking small fish and chips today, it's 14 Swips so doable

Have a good day everyone, the sun is out here 🌞

Well done @beanielou thats a great loss.

I weighed in on work scales and am delighted to say I was exactly the same (to 0.0 of a kilo) as I was the week before my hols. All the speed stuffing helped for sure. So an official STS for me!

No weigh in next week as it’s bank hol but I am being as good as I can until I face off on June 1st. For those wondering why not climb aboard on a different day, I only work at the surgery on Mondays, the rest of the time I’m out and about on my work days so I can’t.

Speaking of June 1sr, I’m going to do a 30 day challenge where I intend to really knuckle down on the plan - I’m going to try 7 speed foods, 7 swips and 7 glasses of water every day and a minimum of 7000 steps (especially on days off where I just potter at home/in garden and generally vegetate in domestic drudgery. I’d like to get under target range if poss and 1lb per week from here will do it and set me up for my next hol in July. 49 swips for the week might be tough but if I swear off the demon drink it’s very possible. I will update as I go.

Good loss @beanielou and I'm sure my friend would say a rum helps with the school run 😁

The sun was out for our run @bubbs but this afternoon we've had hail stones!

Well done on your loss @beanielou ! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Your home scales are more accurate than you thought @Matron_Midge .👍🏼 That sounds like a good plan, nothing like a challenge. Good luck!

14 swips isn't bad for fish and chips @Glad . Our local Wetherspoons are grimy places where the hard drinkers congregate but it's good to know for when I'm out and about. Some branches are in beautiful buildings like the ones in Harrogate and Glasgow.

We've had the odd shower @bubbs but otherwise dry, cold and dull. It's meant to get much hotter by the end of the week.🤞🏼 That filled waffle looks delicious.😋

Why do they have to be so awkward at your surgery?? ☹️ With ours you can book some things online but it's an option not forced into it.

I went to see the nurse today about my leg. She took some readings with a sort of ultrasound thing and will pass them back to the physio/GP to see what they suggest next.

    Today's plan-
B- toast (fibre), milk (calcium), eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
L- usual LOs and pickles (P,S,F)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), veg tbc (S)
    Swips-0

Well done Beanie👏👏, sorry missed that loss earlier.

    Well done MM 👏👏

Maman, they reckon going to be high 70's early 80's end of the week.

This was the hospital not the surgery! He has still not had his blood envelope thing for his bloods for his cancer, so will end up ringing McMillian nurse and chasing her, because if he contacts the doctor they will send the link again and he won't get an appointment for when he needs to go 🙄

Hope you get some answers with your leg 🤞

I have always said he is on the spectrum, today proves it! He said i don't know how this pill thing is going to work, i said why not? says morn, lunch and night on it, he said but yes i have 2 of some tablets and 1 of the others, some morning , some night, yes so i will fill it up for you, what's in morning, you have morning, what's in lunch , you have lunch, what's in evening, you have evening, he goes but yes you don't get me 🤣 i take some morn and night, Yes so i will put them ones in morn and night 🙈 I just finished it with i will show you tomorrow when it gets here and i have filled it up, give me strength 🤣🤣

    Steak for tea 😋😋
