We had a lovely time thank you. A better than expected (weather wise) walking trip to Scotland. Only got wet once. Ate every dinner out and didn’t really make SW choices also had white morning rolls and delicious flapjacks for pack up and very little speed at all. We did average 20,000 steps a day though so I am hopeful it will even out in a couple of days with some good food choices now we’re back home. Xx

Good MM and very lucky with the weather, we have had heavy rain a couple of days this week, hail etc

such a busy week but after a half pound gain last week, I was determined to stick to plan all week. A slight wobble Wednesday, long awaited catch up with a good friend, I went for scampi and chips then endulged with a very big dollop of mayonnaise, as well as the tartare sauce! Otherwise food all week was homemade soups, cottage cheese and salad, stir frys and a light thai curry.
Anyway I weighed in this morning and a 4 and a half pound loss, so pleased 😁

So pleased to hear that DH is home @bubbs .👍
Only you could eat a whole packet of custard creams and lose! Maybe they should be free on SW! 🤣
Amazing heap of medication for DH but I'm sure they're necessary for the time being. Do you know if he has a follow up appointment? 🤔
Hope you have a lovely time at the birthday party @Coxy11 .Difficult when only beige food is on offer. ☹️
Well done on such a small potential gain after your holiday @Matron_Midge .🤞 it will show on the scales when you get back to work.
That football party could have been a huge celebration or a miserable wake @Jellybaby . Great that you found a portion of meatballs. 😋
It's been a fairly miserable day for May here, cold and damp. We had comfort food for dinner. 😁
Today's plan -
B toast (fibre), milk (calcium), scrambled eggs (P)
L- vegetable hash, pickles, eggs , (P, S, F)
B sausages, chips, baked beans (F), onion and mushrooms (S)
Swips - sausage 1.5 weekend wine is 😁

Morning all 😁
Sun is out, wooohooo
Maman they are for life, yes he will see consultant in 4 -5 weeks, will also see a life/healthstyle coach person, bloods w/c 16th June , needs to book that.
It's going to be all appointments, cancer consultant this month too, bloods already booked for that 1st July.
The custard creams though was the only thing i ate in 24 hrs at a&e with a 1/4 of a dry sandwich they gave dh and also not eaten much all week, don't worry i am sure it will be different this week!
I have taken beef out the freezer for tea, so have that to look forward too today

Hi all,
Party was good - very late to bed and up early as DH lost his phone so I was stressing. I found it in the car centre console! Shame the weather didn’t play ball yesterday so DSis’s house was chocka.
That’s an amazing loss @Glad xxxCan’t believe poor DH’s medication @bubbs 😳 What will you eat to get back in target?? Pleased DH is back home with you ❤️
Sounds like a lovely holiday @Matron_Midge right up my street!!
Lovely comfort food @maman mmmmmmWe are on a go slow today. Need to collect chairs, parasol etc from DSis house later. I should also do a food shop - just trying to find the energy to write a list!
