    Afternoon all

DH finally got a bed at 9ish last night, i think he might be down now for angiogram as i sent a message 45 mins ago and he has not answered. I did see him quickly this morning when i took some bits up for him (he came out the ward)as i was too tired to drive back last night, wasn't safe. Can't visit on this ward till 5 as it's a high dependency ward so they are strict .

I did have a shower and then go bed, but couldn't sleep think i was over tired and my head was whizzing. Finally fell asleep about midnight i think, i woke up at 6.30 but lay there for a while , must have nodded off then was 7.40 so i got up.

I had more of a tea for lunch , trying to get back on track as ate a whole packet of custard creams over the course of the day 🤣 but not any custard cream M&S custard creams 🤣🤣

Cheesy garlic mushrooms on jacket potato and salad then i had some watermelon

I’ve been out with DSis today. She was working in Sevenoaks so I went along for the ride. We have yoga tonight too. I’m keeping out of the kitchen as DH and DS2 are cooking.

Aww @bubbs big hugs! Hope DH is on the mend and gets medication sorted quickly. Look after yourself too and I’m sure the custard creams won’t do any damange with the amount of rushing around you’re doing.

Hope your DDad is OK too @Coxy11 I know he lives abroad which adds to it all. Take care x

I’ve spent the day thinking about changing my car 🙈 I’ve seen one I like so will give it until Monday to overthink it completely 🤣 and if it’s still there will organise a test drive.

Food has been on plan - except for the lemon curd bun I had with a coffee when a friend popped in and is likely to be a week’s worth of syns!

At least they were not just any old custard creams @bubbs .🤣 Hope you sleep better tonight and DH gets sorted very soon. 🤞

Football is a complete mess but hasn't driven me to custard creams or anything else... yet! 🤬

We're out for lunch tomorrow so hope to be able to choose wisely. 🤞

    Today's plan -

B toast (fibre), milk (calcium), eggs, bacon (P), baked beans (F)

    L- LO hash and pickles (P, S, F)

    D chicken jambalaya (P, S, F)

    Swips - none planned

    Evening all :D

Thanks everyone, well the update is thank F*** he went doctors and she took him seriously this time! 3 blockages 😱😱 they could only do the right side today as his BP went bonkers so they had to stop, doing left side tomorrow and then discuss what goes on from there.

I have just had 4 ryvita cracker bread, with ham and beetroot, a tomato, pear and satsuma.

To top everything off, my BIL had his PET scan Saturday, the consultant rang today it also highlighted an enlarged prostate 😪so he has had to go for more bloods today, hopefully it's just enlarged and no cancer there, we need as much luck as we can get at the moment!

That's good that they plan to do the rest tomorrow @bubbs .So pleased they're getting on with it and sorting things out quickly. It's always the waiting that's the worst as you well know.

Pleased to hear you're looking after yourself and ate some proper food today.

🤞 for your BIL. He really doesn't need anything else.

    Sleep well. 🥱😴

    Afternoon all 😁

And breathe, he is back on the ward, they took him down about 9.30 and get got back about 11.45, was much longer than they expected and DH said the pain was unbelievable 😪Consultant said they had a real hard job drilling all the cack out (don't know proper word🤣)

He MIGHT be home today , not sure yet, like DH said they need the beds, they are in the corridors 😪but he also said hard to get in hard to get out!

    I will see him later.

I had a little "fry" up today, this will more than likely be my main meal again, 1 sv for bbq sauce

oh @bubbs xx Glad DH is doing okay what an absolute nightmare xx whilst I know you’ll want him home I do hope he’s recovered enough. Let’s also hope your BIL’s issue is just a blip.

I have been to the community allotment this morning and…I walked there and back. It’s actually a lovely walk, through an ancient cherry orchard, then through a field of sheep and lambs - so cute. I helped to barrow woodchip and compost for about 3 hours. Felt good to be useful!

    Food today:

    B - M&S maple porridge, milk, blueberries - fibre, calcium, S

    L - 2 x Aldi skinny sausages, poached egg, baked beans, satsuma, apple - 1.5, P, free, S

    D - smoked salmon and pea pasta - free, S, 2

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - 3.5 planned.

I never put washing out as looked like it was going to tip it again, but so far it hasn't but to late now put it on airer .

Think of that body magic! 😁
