Missed a few days, been an odd week, I feel like I kept to plan but didn’t log anything. Work night out last night, Indian, and today had gained half! That’s my first gain week so I will be back at it this week

Wowsers to the big losses…..in fact to any losses 😄
Maman I hope your calf is on the mend. Good that it’s being checked out.
Bubbs I really hope your family are on the mend soon.
I weighed this morning and had a loss but can’t remember what I was last week so it’s either 1 or 1/2. But I am right on the stone I’ve been trying to get below for about a year. Hopefully it’ll be in new numbers of a lesser stone next week.
We’ve had a couple of exciting days here. We’ve had a couple of offers on the house and accepted one at the asking price. The bungalow we were after was taken off the market last week and we were gutted so we chased the estate agent up, she got back to us and they’ve accepted our offer on it. It’s very real now 😯😄 if all goes well we might be by the seaside in a few months time. I’m impressed how quickly the house has gone…..it’s just over 3 weeks since we put it on the market. I was a tad concerned the war and its knock on effects might have put people off getting a mortgage. It’s slight further away from Dd than she’d have liked but it’s less than 2 miles which is much better than 300 + miles.
I haven’t walked far over the last few days so my ankle has been much better. I should have gone to a Motown night tonight but I knew if I went I’d want to be dancing so I didn’t risk it. I know as soon as I do any walking on it it’ll flare up again.
I decided against going to the 8 am group. It’s a lot of running around for Dh and I believe it’s going up in price soon. I think I’m doing as well as I did in group with help and encouragement on here….thanks everyone

Morning all,
Well done on the loss @milann getting into a new stone bracket is a great incentive.
I’ve ordered a new slow cooker and had a look at ice-cream makers too @bubbs but decided to wait until there’s an offer on.
I’m trying to eat normally but there’s a bit of me scared it’s all going to pile back on next week 🤣🤣 Anyway, breakfast was the usual cereal (fibre), strawberries and raspberries, and Kvarg 0.5 and I’ve cooked a gammon joint for dinner. Just to prep the potatoes and veg.

Apologies @milann well done for getting to a new stone bracket - that is such a psychological boost x
Gammon joint sounds lovely @Jellybaby x
New yoga teacher was mean!! Made us do plank for what felt like 10 minutes! Luckily she’s only covering for today 😅
