Evening all,
@maman hope your calf is ok but definitely get it checked out.
Hope everything keeps moving along for your BIL @bubbsThe days are running away with me just now. Haven’t stopped all day - nothing exciting just tackling one or two things in the house (and I’ve been putting off!).
Felt a bit out of sorts so haven’t eaten much - lentil soup with some bread (fibre) and I’m going to have a veggie omelette for dinner. Definitely not my usual amount of food or speed but will catch up tomorrow.

Oh dear @bubbs ,your family isn't doing very well with health issues lately. Hope it's nothing serious with your sister. 🤗
I'm having a few up and down SW days. Today I went out for lunch and had a JP but it had coleslaw.
Tomorrow I'm in London with a friend so no idea about food.
Saturday should be back on plan but Sunday I'm out with afternoon tea.
I'll read and try to get post but likely to be off plan a bit until Monday.

Afternoon all, another day that’s got away from me. Usual food shop done and enough ingredients to do a cooking session over the weekend for the freezer.
I had fruit, yoghurt and cereal for breakfast and had a baked potato with prawns and loads of salad out with the parents - loads of swips in the seafood sauce but it is what it is 😁
