    Wow Beanie 👏👏👏

    Yesterday I had

Breakfast - heb pitta, bacon and tomato

Tea- lamb, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, garlic, coriander, tomatoes and cous cous

    Raspberries and yoghurt

Snacks - 1/2 flapjack whilst out.

    Today

Breakfast - porridge, raspberries and banana 1 hea

Dinner - hea cheese, pitta 6 syns tomato

Tea - lamb, peas actifry chips 1 1/2 syns

    Chocolates 6 syns….crisps 7 syns

I went over syns today because I was well, and truly peed off with my rubbish ankle. I had to cancel an outing with friends because I wouldn’t have been up to walking. I started comfort eating then gave myself a talking to and got in touch with GP surgery. GP phoned back but needed more advice on what to do 🤷🏻‍♀️so will get back to me. It might have helped had she read all the info first….tehn got advice then rang me……but at least it’s in the system now. And hopefully the syns will be absorbed over the week 🤞

If it’s any consolation I have just eaten a white roll with butter @milann.

Hope your ankle is OK @milann

I was just getting up this morning when DS1 FaceTimed so two hours later….🤣

Sun is trying to break through but it’s soooo cold. Salsa class later and if it stays dry this afternoon I’ll paint the clothes poles - all rock ‘n’ roll here!

Fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and I’ve taken pea and ham soup out to defrost for lunch with a ham salad soft pitta (fibre). Dinner is mince and potatoes with loads of veg.

    Have a good day everyone.

Sorry to hear about the gain @Coxy11 but you're obviously on the case sorting out your packed lunch for work.👍🏼

Did you watch the SW YouTube programme @bubbs? Did you learn anything? 🤔

@Coxy11 is right that it does work to spread the syns/swips across the week @milann . I always save up my syns for weekends. Hope you're having a better day today with your ankle so don't need to comfort eat to cheer yourself up.

I'm still having a few problems with my calf (muscle that is not baby cow!🤣). It's fine most of the time but then aches whenever I put any effort into walking or dancing. I've tried physio exercises but they don't seem to have worked. I'm going back in a week or so to check whether it's a circulation problem. 🤔

Hope the car doesn't work out too expensive @Jellybaby . I've been taking mine to the dealer since it was new but they've got so ridiculously expensive that I used a local place instead. I've also caught them out ticking boxes on the service checklist on things they obviously hadn't checked. ☹️

    Today's plan-
B- porridge (fibre), milk (calcium), blueberries (S), banana (F)
L- Spanish omelette and salad (P,S,F)
D- chilli and rice (P,S,F), cottage cheese (P)
    Swips- none planned

    Afternoon all 😁

Like bloody winter here today 🤣 well is to me DH would say it's not.

I learnt you can eat as many eggs as you want, that was loads of peoples question as people use them for snacking.

Jelly hope the car is ok.

Maman yes you need to get it checked.

I have not had the pain in my forearm like i had since the injection, so obviously working and sleeping better.

Mum has to have an x-ray on her hand, she did say to him about her left hand shakes she was worried about Parkinsons, he said def not, but how would he know 🤔

My BIL has a scan here on Saturday , assuming it's a PET scan, he has an appointment in Addenbrookes 19th so hopefully things starting to move now, he had bloods again yesterday.

    Food today

    Picky plate free

Tea pork steaks in gravy and onions, about 3 sv for gravy, veg
