Great losses @TakeItEazy, @bubbs and @Suffolksue xx That’s not too bad @Jellybaby xx

I had penne with arrabiata sauce for lunch, a Coke Zero and an Americano. I’m a bit miffed though - can’t say too much but suffice to say I won’t be actively seeking another meet up anytime soon. Went to Sainsbobs on the way home. All people checkouts were shut (at 5:30) so I had to scan and pack my entire trolley. Really annoyed because I could have done the scanner thing from the off!

Thanks for the meal planning tips @joedenise xx I’ve always only done evening meals but now I’m eating at home more I need to get more organised.

I still full from lunch so DH is having a pizza (sky freebie) We will have the curry tomorrow when we get home from the Rochester Sweeps Festival 😊

Wow Take it Easy. Im impressed you know what class you have already. We were kept wondering until the last minute. The class you have are the kids I loved to work with when I was working in a special school as learning support. It’s hard work but I loved it. I moved to a mainstream though as I’d just had major stomach surgery and the head wasn’t particularly supportive….and we had a particular child who voiced his frustrations by lashing out at the nearest person. Mainstream was less physical but my heart was in my old school.

I weighed myself last Saturday after my week in Cornwall….i didn’t deprive myself of anything but was careful of how many treats I had and was extra careful the rest of the time. I was exactly the same as before I went. I suspected for a while my scales must be on the blink as I seem to do an awful lot of maintaining my weight. I suddenly remembered it saves various people’s weight s I jumped onto person no 2 to see if it showed dhs weight or mine. It showed mine which was exact the same as person 1….then got Dh to jump on and it showed his weight 🥴😯 so I presumed it was working ok. I was more than happy with a maintain after a week in Cornwall 😁. I weighed this morning and have eaten out everyday this week for at least 1 meal. I made good choices but it’s not the same as eating at home. Dh has been working so I’ve been a lady wot lunches….catching up with friends and telling them about the big move. I’ve lost 1 lb 😀 Not earth shattering but I’ll take it very gladly 👍

My dress has arrived and I haven’t tried it on yet. It was a tad snug in the shop and I have 28 days to return it so I’m leaving it a couple of weeks and I’ll try it on with reinforced knickers and hopefully I’ll be pleasantly surprised 😜 The wedding is at the end of June. I was really pleased as I have a fancy cardi/jacket I’ve only worn a couple of times. I bought it for dds wedding. It’s the exact same colour as the darker shade in the pattern. It looks as if they’re made as a set. Just hope I can manage the shoes for at least the beginning of the day then I can change into white trainers.

    Morning all,

    Well done @milann xx

I’m off to yoga shortly so having a banana, then back home for a quick shower and late breakfast. I bought some Shredd!es yesterday as a change up to Weetab!x minis and the box is too big for the cupboard. DH has put it on an open display shelf - men!!

Hoping to get some steps in today in Rochester. It all helps.

    Food today:

    B - banana, Shredd!es, blueberries, miller light vanilla - free, Fibre, S, 0.5

L - something out - hopefully low SWIP

D - SW chicken curry, boiled rice, mango chutney - free, 3

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - at least 3.5

Morning all, from a bit damp N Wales, I managed a 5k run/walk yesterday with emphasis on the run, hoping to soon be back where I was last July, before I tripped down the stairs and started off the hip bursitis!
Took the younger 2 doggos with me yesterday so a short walk this morning, then off to look for a couple of camping chairs that fold up quite small to go in the campervan.

Weigh in yesterday and stayed the same, first time I haven’t lost but I should be happy after 2 long weekends away, with cream teas and fish and chips 😁

Morning all, a big grey and cloudy first thing but trying to brighten up now. We had quite a downpour yesterday evening so the garden and pots got a good soaking which was badly needed.

Have done a couple of small machine loads this morning so that the washing basket is completely empty.

Well done @Glad on STS - that's good after a couple of weekends away including "treats"!.

I've made a start on a menu plan for when we get back from holiday which will use some stuff from the freezer but will of course need to shop as there is only enough bread in the freezer for a couple of sandwiches! We'll have Weetabix for breakfast the first morning before going shopping. Will need to top up quite a few things.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F
    L - burger, onions, gherkin slices, soft pitta - Fibre; S; 0.5
D - roast lamb, roast potatoes, green veg - P; S; F; 1 (lamb is the shank end of a leg so probably only enough meat for today but if there's any left I'll squeeze it into the freezer!)

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - soft pitta
    Swips - burger 05; mint sauce 1

    Have a good day everyone.
