Morning all, it's another lovely day, in fact it's better than it was yesterday as the wind has dropped.

Enjoy your day out in your camper van @Glad. Glad you've got a good day for it.

I can see both versions of your "rude" tomato @bubbs. Have to say I could see the rude version first and then the other version after @maman posted!

My second freezer has been very noisy recently so have decided to replace it when we come back from holiday. Have managed to get what was left in it into the fridge/freezer with leaving out stuff needed over the weekend which is good. Didn't think it would all fit in. The old freezer is now out the front for the scrap man when he comes round tomorrow!

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats - Fibre; S; F
    L - fajita pasta - P; S; F; 6
    D - pork steak, mash, green veg - P; S; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - oats
Swips - sweet chilli sauce 6

    Have a good day everyone.

Update: Sat down to lunch and knock at the door. A woman with a small child asking if the freezer worked. I said it does but is very noisy but she was welcome to it if she wanted it. Told me they'd just got a dog and were raw feeding him and said it would be brilliant not to have to have his food in the same freezer as theirs!

After lunch she and her OH had been back and taken it, along with the drawers which were separate by the recycling bin! So glad it was of use to someone.

    Afternoon all 😁

Roasting here today, not going to last though.

Vegastare, lets hope all goes to plan this time with it , i did keep waiting to no avail.

Glad i did feel rough Weds night, had an awful nights sleep but feel better in myself now and actually not had any tablets yet today.

Denise, that's good if it helps someone out. The scrap people around here don't take fridges or freezers as they have to pay more to tip them, so lucky if they take them where you are.

    Food today

    Free plate at lunch

Fake KFC and salad for tea

Afternoon all, it’s trying very hard to rain here!

Shopping done, and I’ve decided each week to stock up on a few things. Today it was oil and coffee beans. I also bought the 1.5kg jar of gherkins Lidl has on offer. It’s a bargain at £2.29 and I’ll happily chop or slice how I want them 😁

I only had a banana and coffee for breakfast as I wasn’t hungry, ham salad roll and crisps at mum’s after shopping (counting 3.5 for crisps as we shared a packet). Dinner is veggie omelette with pickles as I’m home alone.

Just thinking I’ll have to swip the roll as it was white and not the usual wholemeal one. Can I deduct 6 for fibre choice or take the hit? No matter really considering I’m still trying to get rid of holiday gain 🤣

You're well under Swips @Jellybaby so just take the hit for the white roll! Good luck for WI tomorrow and you have shifted some of the holiday weight!

I forgot to say earlier I got STS from WI on Tuesday; had hoped to lose more of my holiday weight but not to be. I'll weigh again Monday morning before we leave for the airport. Won't be leaving until about 10 as have an afternoon flight. We're going via Tesco to pick up something to eat on the plane and will have some lunch hopefully at the airport before the flight!
