    Morning all,

    Great loss @beanielou 🥳🥂

I weighed yesterday with a STS but about 30 mins later visited the loo for the first time in 2 days! Typical!!

BIL here this week again all week and I’ve picked up some extra work for tomorrow and Thursday - luckily it’s from home so I can eat!!

    26th May @bubbs!!

Good score on the recipe books @maman 👍 I don’t have any PON ones but you’ve reminded me to look at the Slimming Eats one. DH did the meal plan/shopping list this week…

    Food today:

B - banana, toasted bagel thin, poached egg, tomatoes - free, Fibre, P, S

L - LO tuna pasta bake - free, calcium

D - pork and apple burgers, AF potatoes, coleslaw, apple sauce - free, 5

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - skinny bar plus 5 = 8.5 total

Morning all, what a change in the weather today! Can't believe how windy it is. No washing again but not sure it would stay on the line if I had hung any out!

I've got one of the Slimming Eats recipe books as well but to be honest I wasn't that impressed - her website is much better than any of the recipes in the book. I do look through them all occasionally to look for some different ideas - really must do that again!

Well done on the STS @Coxy11.

    Today's plan:

B - cornflakes, milk - Calcium; 5 (had run out of Weetabix and didn't fancy porridge
L - sweet chilli noodles - P; S; F; 3 (will use up some bits from the fridge including the last bit of lamb)
    D - fish pasta bake - P; S; 3.5

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - none planned
Swips - cornflakes 5; sweet chilli sauce 3; cheese sauce mix 3.5

    Have a good day everyone.

0.4kg gain for me when I weighed in yesterday

Not too bothered about it as I’m still in target range but I haven’t got reason for the gain. I’ve been on plan all week, well within swips too. I’ll not weigh in for two weeks now as we are off on holiday at the end of the week so if there is any damage I’ll deal with it when I get back.

I’ll catch up when I can but if you don’t see me about that’s where I’ve disappeared to.

    Keep going everyone xx

    Hello everyone,

Wow so nice to see so many familar names. Been a while since found myself here. Sadly a whammy of an illness hit me - but clear now after treatment. Have follow ups every 3 months and fine last week, always a big relief.

My reason for popping in is to ask a question. Really daft I know!!

So gained so much weight and struggled with going back to group, but did last summer and got back to target in Feb this year, after holiday recently gained 5lb then last week got 3 and half pound loss. So the question is am I back in range as 1 and half pounds above target. I cant get to group this week and will need to ask for holiday week and text leader tomorrow, or am I ok.

Hope you are all keeping ok and does Bubbs still make the yogurt ice cream, always made me want to buy ice cream maker😁

    Evening all 😁

Denise, hope you are feeling better? and yes i agree cold today!

Vegastare, nice to see you here, glad your health is on the up 😁

Coxy and Beanie i know 🙄DH isn't bothered though.

My BIL is getting really peeded off now, but now it's his BP , it keeps dropping really low, obviously can't operate as too dangerous, now he has to take it 3 times a day and send it in.

Well took Mum shopping, she has got an appointment Tuesday about her hand, she said it is really painful too. I didn't know but Steak is on offer in Morrisons, as she wanted some, so i popped in and got it for her save her getting out the car as she does struggle, well i got her 6 pieces for £14 as she had a £5 off voucher, so she was really chuffed with that.

When i took her home, walked round the car to open the door and put her walker there and i said to her i can really smell gas, she said funny that, J and Z said that when they came, but you can't smell it in the house (Mum wouldn't smell it as has no sense of smell) She said i think i will ring the gas board, well she did and they was there within 15 mins, he checked the house, that's fine. but there is a small leak in the rd, so he marked it all out and they were coming back to fix it.

Well folks if you ever need replacement slts for vertical blinds, get the professionals in 😂 finally we have them up, but it has taken nearly 2 days to do 4 windows, honestly been a nightmare!

Morning everyone, got back very late last night. Shattered this morning but had a fabulous time and the weather was even better! Already looking at flights 😎🤣

I have definitely gained, I can feel it round my middle. I know a bit might be fluid but I had bread, crisps and alcohol practically every day.

I’ve decided to stick with the group I attend for the next month. If I’m not getting anywhere or it still irritates then I might try another class or go it alone and DS2 can weigh me every week 🙈. So back on plan.

DS did well with the shopping and the fridge is full. Breakfast was a sweet omelette with banana, raspberries and yoghurt, 1 swip for a tbsp toffee syrup. Lunch will be a fibre choice soft pitta with ham, loads of salad and pickles. Dinner is good old meatballs with spaghetti and Parmesan.

Sun is out and the holiday washing is all on the line. I’m going to grab a coffee and catch up with you all. Have a good day every!

Morning all, a lovely bright sunny day with plenty of wind so washing done and out on the line. Well done on getting all your washing done and out on the line already @Jellybaby.

Glad you have a good holiday and plenty of food and alcohol - if you can't drink on holiday when can you? Your plan for today sounds good and definitely back on plan which is what is needed as soon as you can after a holiday. We've only got a few more days until we go. Have checked the forecast for the area we're going to and temperatures range from mid to high 20s! Plenty of sun tan lotion will be needed!

Good luck on making a decision over group attendance or not over the coming month. You need to do whatever is best for you.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs, toast - Fibre; P (forgot to get any spinach from the freezer!)
    L - jacket potato, tuna mayo, last of the salad - P; S; F; 2
D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, beans, corn on the cob - P; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - bread
    Swips - LTL mayo 2

Bit short on Speed today but it is what it is!

    Have a good day everyone.

PS. First load washed, folded and put away. Second load done and out on the line - will probably be dry in an hour with the amount of wind there is!
