I find sweetcorn tasteless so I can take it or leave it. I do buy baby sweetcorn as it's Speed and I like the crunciness in stir fry.

I have found that fish love sweetcorn so I save it from salads on holiday to feed them. 🤣

Meal plan and shopping sorted for the week. Tomorrow will be mostly off plan except for breakfast and we're out for dinner on Wednesday but otherwise fine.

    Today's plan -

B--porridge (fibre), milk (calcium), blueberries (S), banana (F)

L- ham, egg (P), vegetable hash and pickles (F, S)

D salmon (P), SW chips (F), greens, tomatoes and mushrooms (S)

    Swips - weekend wine

    Good morning all,

Well done @joedenise and thanks for the PM. I will message back!!

Didn’t manage to get on yesterday. I did some potting on of seedlings, washing x 3 (dried outside on the maidens) and did some moving of money to pay various bills relating to the en suite. The room is coming on but the dust is off the scale 😱

    Enjoy the footie @maman x

    Today’s food:

B - breakfast hash - LO cubed garlic potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, banana - free, P, S

Not sure about lunch as we are going to visit a bluebell wood locally so might eat out.

D - pork chops, golden savoury rice, green beans - P, free, S

Morning all, another glorious day so another load of washing is in the machine. Will get that out on the line as soon as it's finished. Not feeling too well this morning, have had a cough for a few days (thanks to DH) and it's gone to my chest. Hopefully it doesn't become infected and make me feel worse.

Enjoy the footie @maman - don't forget the Crunchie for half time!

Are you off to Hole Park another bluebell wood @Coxy11? We often used to visit Hole Park in bluebell season and camp on site but motorhome isn't running at the moment! The battery has gone flat after DH managed to blow a fuse in the engine bay and he is struggling to get the battery out so that it can be replaced! Hopefully he'll get it sorted soon so we can start using it again!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
    L - scrambled eggs, toast - Fibre; P
    D - pork steak, mash, veg - P; S; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - bread
Swips - none planned but may have a couple of G&Ts this evening 6?

Have a good day everyone one.

PS. cough was getting worse so contacted NHS 111 and advised to see a Dr or go to pharmacy. Went to pharmacy and sent me to the Emergency Dr who has given me antibiotics. At least it should be sorted before we go away again!
