It's obviously worrying your mum if she mentioned it @bubbs .🤞 it's nothing serious. 🤗

I've never fancied mackerel in tomato sauce. I like the one with mustard. I'm the same with sardines. I like the plain ones in water but they aren't available everywhere, tomato sauce seems the most popular.

Thanks, yes it is , she did say a couple of years ago about her writing, she has always had nice writing (not like my scrawl 😂) saying her writing was getting worse, tbh i had not noticed in cards etc, but she said it's quite bad now. She really does suffer with her health and she is not old, old .

    The mackerel was nice 😋

Morning all, it was quite cloudy first thing but is brightening up nice now. Bedding is washed and out on the line so bed will need to be remade later but won't do it for a while yet as my sister is phoning me shortly - she usually phones about 9.15ish.

Sorry to hear about your mum @bubbs. Do hope it's not something to worry about and can be easily fixed.

Weighed this morning and some more weight as come off and I'm now just over 2lb heavier than before we went on holiday. Hopefully I can shift that this week before going off again the following Tuesday!

    Today's plan:

B - cereal, milk, mixed frozen fruit - Fibre, part Calcium, S
    L - fajita pasta - P; S; F; 3
    D - beef dhansak, rice, naan, mango chutney - Fibre, P; S; F; 3

    Fibre - cereal naan
Calcium - milk (split between breakfast and drinks)

Swips - sweet chilli sauce 3; mango chutney 3

    Have a good day everyone.

A lovely day here too bubbs.
Went to a new rustic tattie shop today. Had an amazing baked potato with coronation chicken and sweetcorn. It was absolutely huge. So half for lunch and half for tea. 🤤
