    Hi all,

Welcome back @joedenise glad you had a good time. I’ll pass on the liver salad thanks 🤮 Hope you both feel better soon x

Don’t talk to me about football @maman !!

I’ve been to the community allotment this morning and did some weeding around the cabbages. All good body magic on my hands and knees. BIL is here doing the en-suite and DH and I have another tip run this afternoon. It’s all go.

    Food today:

B - AF bacon, tomatoes, poached egg, toasted WM bagel, Muller lemon Greek yogurt, blueberries - P, S, fibre, 1(?*)

L - couscous bowl - tomato, cucumber, yellow pepper, red onion, grated cheddar, hard boiled egg - 1, calcium, S, P

D - roast shoulder of lamb - usually have a leg so hoping I can cut off the fatty bits 🤮🤮, roasties, cauliflower cheese, broccoli - P, free, S, 4(?) for half the seriously strong cheddar pot*

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5 plus 6 = 9.5 total

*Please is anyone able to check the SWIPs for me? TIA.

welcome back Denise some of that gain will be water. I reckon you’ll make significant inroads into it before your next trip

Coxy, great news on the 1lb front. Well deserved after all that walking.

We are having moussaka tonight - it will have swips as it is 10% lamb mince but I’ve never seen a lower fat lamb mince. It’s packed with aubergine and uses all my HE for the cheese sauce. We are having a cucumber, onion and tomato salad with it.

Under the new plan, do target members still get extra HE’s? If not I’m way over swips cos I’ve had a brown bread sandwich. Hey ho, can’t be helped, this is real life 😳🤗

Missed posting over the weekend but we packed such a lot in, Got weighed on the friday before we left, another 1lb off!
Then had to wait for the 2 old dogs to have haircuts, been booked in for weeks so couldn't cancel. We got down to Cornwall for 8pm, straight into the pub restaurant where my son had kindly kept the chef in to cook for us. Fabulous meal and not too off plan really. Saturday I swam in the sea with son, then he went off to work and we spent the day with his OH, searching for seaglass and eating on the beach in front of the Hidden Hut. Sunday more swimming, sunday lunch, walks, icecream and wine! Monday we had a big breakfast with son after the swim and then meandered home. Got in about 7.30pm and back to work, hoping all the walks/swims will have worked off the food 😁

Glad to hear today has been slightly better @Suffolksue x

Well done on the 1lb loss @Glad sounds like a lovely break x

I’m not sure that’s right for the yoghurt @bubbs as FB Mo uses it - I googled and it said 0.5 but not sure if that’s up to date? It’s the FF Greek one.

The shoulder of lamb was lovely even if it took 3hrs 15 to cook! DS1 and DDIL came for tea and enjoyed it too. Would buy again but only on offer - lamb is so expensive ☹️

Morning all, it's lovely and bright and a good breeze. Three more loads of washing done and out on the line (did one yesterday afternoon so could hang out early this morning). That's all the washing done now apart from a few bits from yesterday.

Wow, that's loads of lamb @bubbs. I've got 2 half legs lamb and 2 pork roasting joints in my freezer but with all the HM ready meals as well it's pretty full. DH wants to buy more lollies when we go to Lidl - wants 2 boxes as they are doing 8 lollies instead of 6 for the same price!

It's our next holiday that's 2 weeks @bubbs! Going to Sharm el Sheik for DH's 75th birthday. Looks to be an enormous resort - just hoping it's not too big. There are 6 restaurants and I think 10 bars, 2 of which are adult only so at least they'll be a bit quieter!

    Today's plan:

    B - toast, scrambled eggs, spinach - Fibre; P; S
    L - minced beef hash - P; S; F
D - Fakeaway KFC, corn on the cob; chips; beans; salad - Fibre; P; S; F (will use bread as crumbs)

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - bread x 2
    Swips - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.
