Sorry Jelly missed your little gain, least it wasn't like mine 2lb!
Maman it's the 3 week cover that's riled everyone but like i said to some friends, this woman is disliked so much it could ruin our group, i know over half will not stop for image therapy

That’s really bad about your group cover @bubbs good job it’s only 3 weeks cover. A huge part of anyone’s journey is their relationship with their consultant - if you gel then it makes it so much easier to keep going. Terrible that the ST weren’t told beforehand. Sorry about your gain ☹️
Annoying about the gain @Jellybaby when do you go away?
I had awful gripey belly last night. Just came on suddenly. Nothing happened (sorry if TMI) but felt like I wanted to be sick, so I went to bed and have had a terrible night. Just up having a coffee as was meant to go to yoga, but I’ve told DSis I’m not up to it ☹️
Was meant to be having roast lamb today but forgot to get the meat out and besides, I’m not sure I could face it. Will sort something else out instead.

Afternoon all 😁
Coxy hope you feel better today. It's like i said about the old hag, 3 weeks could break the group and i know lots won't stop even if they come to get weighed, but then penalising themselves if they don't , unless they go to another group.
I feel better in myself today, yesterday i could have cried at anything, think it is just the shoulder, DH's results and then group yesterday was the final straw, but hey ho, onwards and upwards!
It's a lovely sunny day but nippy still. Hopefully washings dry, yesterday it wasn't 🙄yet was a lovely day, i know it was later by the time i put it out (1.30) ish because i go delivering straight from group.
Food today
Picky plate, half fibre.
Tea roast beef and all the trimmings

You're so right that the right consultant can make all the difference @Coxy11 . I stopped going to group after more than 15 years because I'd had enough of changes. Even my most recent consultant was starting to irritate me. She'd changed the venue to a working men's club, which she was a member of, and encouraged a lot of the members to come along which gave it a strange atmosphere. The other group that would have suited me has a good consultant but she lets the group talk over her which is infuriating. I wasn't going to potentially pay for weigh and go so I'm going it alone.
Obviously your news at group yesterday was the last straw @bubbs after the week you've had 🤗 . Let's hope the changes don't affect your group long term.
Hope you're feeling better today @Coxy11 and it's just a quick bug. 🤞
Meatballs all cooked and open freezing before I bag them up. 😋
No meals out planned for the coming week so hopefully all will be well until next Saturday when we're off to Wembley ❤️⚽ .
I tried the two bikinis on again this morning and they're keepers. I'm still not happy with my stomach but will keep plodding @beanielou .

Maman, yes was the final straw i think, i don't often feel like that but certainly did yesterday. I hope it doesn't either, but there is another Saturday morning group a couple of miles away if it don't work i'll try there.
Tea, roast beef 3 sv for cauli cheese (gap) half fibre for yorkies

Evening all,
Hope you feel better today @Coxy11
For similar reasons you mentioned @maman and how you’re feeling just now @bubbs I think I’m going to take the next week or two while I’ve holidays booked and seriously think about either switching class or going it alone. I don’t feel I’m getting anything from attending apart from irritation at the constant chat from some who love the sound of their own voice! And I don’t want to pay for that 🤣
Got up this morning with lots of coughing and sneezing so have had a very lazy day. Early night is on the cards too! Not eaten much - some soup and toast (all on plan 😁).

Morning all,
Aww @Suffolksue that’s awful, I don’t know what to say but hope things settle and you get some sleep. It’s understandable SW goes out the window at times like this.
I think I’ve managed to hold the cold at bay 🙈 I’m dosed up to the max and will pack some lemsips just in case!
I’m having some toast and jam for breakfast, lentil soup for lunch and DS2 is taking me out for tea 😁.Have a good day everyone (and rest of the week. See you all sometime next week 👋).
