good afternoon, work today so usual overnight oats for breakfast, cottage cheese, beetroot, lots of salad and some fruit for lunch. Dinner is a portion of tomato soup I made yesterday and one HF round of bread, then some skyr baked apple for afters

I had a silly trip last night, on the last step of the stairs going up, I head butted the wall and the bump on my forehead is the size of an avocado! I managed to arrange my hair to hide it to stop people asking about it all day. Getting a bit blue and sore now, so roll on 6pm

Oh no @Glad that's sounds awful - please take it easy xx

Thanks @maman about the ham. I popped into Sainsburys after work and got some plus some pease pudding. DH is out tonight so I'm going to attempt to make it and see what happens. Last time the 'crust' fell off!

I forgot to put on my meal plan that I had a spinach omelette for breakfast too! Got distracted. Anyway I've realised I didn't put a fibre choice on for today, so have had a new to me snack bar called Bliss - strawberry and yoghurt flavour which is high in fibre apparently. It's instead of a skinny bar. Please is anyone with the app able to tell me the SWIP (stupid name) value??

DH and DD out tonight so just DS2 and me. I'm going to start a new post box topper knitting project lol - that'll keep my hands busy!

Love the idea of the pork pie….i keep saying I’ll try it but then remember the next time I see it on here.

The house has gone on the market today……it looks massive 😂 they certainly know how to get the most with the photos….wouldn’t look anything like it does if I’d have taken them 😂😂😂😂 We’re heading to Cornwall for a week at weekend so hopefully we will have some folks viewing whilst we’re away.
I got back on the bandwagon after my crème brûlée…..

Breakfast - 1 slice of toast with marmite ( hairdresser was coming at 9 and i was running late) 4 syns - haven’t been to group since swips arrived so I’m still using the old system

Dinner- ham, cucumber, tomato on Sheldon’s brown barm ( heb) 2 syns for scrape of butter

Tea - stir fry steak, peppers, mushrooms and onions 1 1/2 syns for oil. Actifry potato wedges.

I did succumb to a cadburys caramel egg but they’ve gone now……think there are 9 syns. Took me over the 15 syns but probably the best I’ve done for a while.

Body magic - walk just short of 3 miles

I’ve finished now for the week and off to Cornwall Friday, we’ll get the van packed tomorrow. The head started hurting a couple of hours ago like a big bruise hurty, so the pj’s are on and I’m nearly ready for bed. A good book and my hot water bottle will make it better I’m sure.

    Morning all,

Thanks for the SWIP value @bubbs x

The pork pie didn’t get made last night so I’ve done it this morning. It’s just finished ‘baking’ in the AF. I didn’t do a crust on the bottom as handling slimy food gives me the ick, plus didn’t want to risk a soggy bottom lol.

The FB SW Mo tagliatelle last night made 6 portions as we are all cutting down on portion sizes after the holiday. DH may want some for lunch and I’ll probably freeze the other one. We are building a small stock of meals for one which will come in handy down the line.

    Food today:

B - satsumas, AF bacon, poached egg, toasted protein bagel, tomatoes - S, P, fibre

L - picky plate - pork pie(!), crabsticks, chilli rice crackers, tsp houmous, apple, blueberries - 4

D - Pork Szechuan with noodles - free

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5 plus 4 = 7.5 total

    Afternoon all 😁

    It's a beautiful day.

Glad and Milann , enjoy your breaks

Coxy hope you like your pork pie? 😁

Been a funny ole day, had a message from the doctors regarding my x ray, needed to contact them, actually got an appointment for today (telephone) My arthritis in my shoulder has really advanced since i last had an x ray, hence why i am in so much pain 😢 I am having an injection in it on the 29th so fingers crossed that helps.

DH had not heard about his bloods so rang the McMillan nurse, she wasn't available and rang him back, His bloods have doubled 😢 so not good news, she was going to put him on 12mth bloods before this, but he is staying at 3mth, so has to go again July, tried to book a blood test but only goes up to mid June at the moment, will try again next week, but we both think it is disgusting he had not been notified they had doubled! He will have a follow up appointment in the post soon she said .

Was going to have sweet and sour for tea, but unsure now as it is really warm.

    Picky plate for lunch, free

That's so bad about DH's blood results @bubbs - I'm not surprised your annoyed. Your shoulder sounds really painful too. Sending hugs xx

Pork pie was……really tasty! Had it on my lunch picky plate. DH was eyeing it up - he thought it was a cheese scone!! Unlucky!!!

Just the shower cubicle and tiles to take out now, plus the loo. That will happen on Sunday. SIL and nephews came round for a couple of hours so we took a break which was good. Lovely day for sitting in the garden and playing hide n seek.

    Happy holidays @Glad and @milann x
